Meiko was so sweet and loving to my dog, and treated him with outstanding care. My dog tends to be a bit difficult since he has a lot of anxiety and gets very nervous when he goes to the groomer, but Meiko made sure to ease his nerves and got him to trust her before cutting his fur. When I came back to pick him up, he was bursting with energy and was so lively which was such a stark contrast with how he was coming into the shop and only comes to show just how much love, kindness, and attention Meiko gives to all the dogs that come to her. SHE CHOKES DOGS!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Took my 4 dogs here to get groomed ended up finding out they got choked. I thought everything was okay until I came back home to seeing one my dogs eyes bleeding, i thought she cut one of my dogs eyes I asked if she did and she laughed and said she has years of experience and didn't do anything wrong, I rushed my dog to emergency dog hospital for them to confirm this was a choking from the groomer. I came back home to realize my others two dogs had bleeding in there eye as well. Not only did I spend money for them to get choked but also emergency hospital fees and medications, when telling her if she would pay for the hospital fees she said they were "not her problem". I don't even know how this place is even legally open, PLEASE don't bring your pets here!! My dogs could have been dead. She's an animal abuser & torturer, doesn't care about your pets!!! This is only one day after groom, I'm still so worried that my dogs won't be okay, they are being heavily supervised right now, I don't know what else she did to them while getting "groomed". She caused my dog to have ulcers in both of his eyes. I took him to get groomed and when I picked him up his eyes were bloodshot red. I assumed it was just because he was tired or was crying as he has separation anxiety. Later that night he could barely keep his eyes open. I took him to the emergency vet the next morning and they confirmed the groomer purposely put something in his eyes that caused painful ulcers in my dogs eyes. $400 emergency vet trip later and thankfully my dog recovered. After seeing all the negative reviews on this lady, who knows what kind of awful things she does to these pets behind closed doors. Please do not take your furry loved one here. Take it from me who never thought this would happen and she purposely abused my dog. I tried reaching out and explaining the situation and she flat out denied it which is obviously a lie. Hopefully people will stop going to her, it's disgusting how many pets she's harmed based on the reviews. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE. read more
