first time here... a tale of "three doors" unassuming storefront in a stripmall next to an urgent care. Walk in the "first door" to the shop, looks like a boring convenience store. Walk into the "second door"... ohhh ok. A bedroom sized walk-in humidor, broad selection at typical NY prices. Padron, LFD, Fuente's (like, lots), La Gloria's, Plasencia (also limiteds), Upmans, My Father, everything... for all palettes. Guarantee you'll find something. Paid Sam, who knows his stuff, hands me a loyalty card (LOVE an ol' fashioned program like that)... Where is the lounge? Well, thats through the third door past the 'bedroom' humidor. It was a hot gross Sunday morning in August, seeing this lounge area was like an oasis. Dark, cool, and quiet except for a couple gentlemen. Cut and lit the stick, which was an older offering, but in amazing shape, perfect. I'll find myself in this area more, and will deff be back. read more

Awesome spot for a cigar! This is a pretty standard setup. Store front with the cashier, humidor in the middle and a lounge all the way in the back. The lounge is pretty big and can comfortably seat about 20 people. There are all individual and VERY comfortable chairs along with a handful of TVs. As always, the best part of cigar spots like this are the people you meet in the lounge. Crowd here was very friendly and easy to get along with. Highly recommended if you're in the area! read more

Cozy little place with a great bunch of regulars. The owner is a nice down to earth Indian gent. Later in the night he sat down with us- all of us patrons to light one up himself. Earlier he helped us, me and my friend pick out a great cigar for $12. It was a little light for my taste so this owner replaced it for me free of charge and allowed me to finish the first one too... Can I give this place 6 stars? The light one he'd picked for me was a quality smooth burning stick. So I have to believe he knows his cigars. What I loved about this place was that everyone who came in shook hands with every single person in the room and same when leaving. Also you can totally Byob, they have glasses and an ice machine. I live in Huntington and come to this lounge even though I can go to 5-6 closer spots! Very nice selection in the humidor with fair prices! The lounge in the back of the shop is very nice, lots of TVs and plenty of seating. Great atmosphere and a very open and friendly setting... The guy at the register had a thick accent and didn't seem to be an expert on cigars as he looked up my request on a tablet when i asked for a full flavored cigar but if you know what you want they had a good selection and a good lounge to smoke in. read more

Today being Christmas Eve, I was scrambling around to get my husband a last minute Christmas present. I googled cigar shops in my area and found Hicksville Humidor. I know nothing about cigars and wanted to give something nice to my husband as a gift. The gentleman behind the counter, (I believe his name was Sam), was extremely helpful, friendly, kind and bent over backwards to help me find just the right present to give my husband. There were so many different cigars to choose from, I felt confused and couldn't make up my mind. He was very knowledgeable and his recommendations were great! This store was awesome!! Excellent store. Great selection of cigars and for the cigar enthusiasts, hard to find cigars. The store has a lounge with large screens for sports and movies and plenty of comfortable seating.
