Plus I give this guy credit for handling a costumer who thought he was clever to "threaten" him if his guests were not impressed with the Portuguese olive oil he picked out for him. I got a set if white truffle infused oil, black truffle infused oil, and white truffle salt. The set was on sale and was at a great price, even if it had not been on sale.
