Note that they only have coin-op here (yes, there's a change machine), and do not have vending machines for detergent or fabric softener so you need to bring your own. I wouldn't have minded if there was a restroom on-site either - maybe there is when an attendant is present, but this was not the case during our visit.

I did not see any machines with out of order signs on them and the worker that was there was doing fluff and fold for customers and continually wiped and cleaned. The place was spotless. Thanks again. Everybody should try this laundromat and to make it even better. They have a car wash right next-door either do it yourself or drive-through.

OK, these things happen. What I do ding them for is that they failed to warn me in advance that the outcome could be bad and that they'd switched to a new type of cleaning procedure since the last time it had been successfully cleaned. I'm heartbroken over the loss of my treasure but that alone probably wouldn't have stopped me from using Dockside again. What did it for me was their (unprovoked) defensive, unapologetic, belligerent response when I tried gently discussing the problem. They did return the cleaning fee, but only after I requested and had to endure the aforesaid bad reaction.

This same older South American male, 50-55 once again decided to curse me out simply bc my boxer again slightly stepped foot into the side door of facilty. This same man? Also had his young son with him, raising his arms cursing me. This time I invited him outside to say this to my face, enough of his obnoxious mouth. Almost all machines were in working order and the large capacity made it quick because only needed one load instead of 3-4 I'm late 50s and it did take me a bit to download and figure out the app required to run the equipment. I did it though and it was not bad, so anyone else can too. Once I figured it out it was easy and convenient. I appreciated the cleanliness of the place.
