Raw on the interior and even pink on the outside. Sinew and veins visible when cutting into the pieces. The restaurant was filthy. Caked grime around the switches around the hoods. Under the counter at the seating station was filthy. Wood panels throughout the restaurant streaked with grease and filth. My hotel was 3.2 miles from the restaurant.
