Walking in on a Monday afternoon, there was one other person in there, must've been a regular, talking with the waitress; we were told to sit wherever we liked, and she brought us our menus and took our drink orders; I ordered a diet coke, and then we browsed the menu. My mom decided upon the regular gyro, and I got the chicken gyro with a Greek salad. It didn't take long for the salad to come out first, it was a very large sized salad in which my mom and I both shared. It was your classic, delicious Greek salad, the dressing was flavourable, and it came with thick slices of tomatoes, some olives, a beet slice (which I took both of those off, not an olive or beet fan) a hot pepper, with a perfect amount of feta cheese, and in another few minutes, out came our gyros, which were hot. The chicken was cooked perfectly, it was juicy and tender, the tzaziki sauce was garlicky and it was wrapped in a warm soft, pita bread. I devoured all of it. The restaurant was very quiet, just the background noise of the waitress talking to the only other patron in the restaurant, it's a small restaurant and a few others came in for takeout. Very friendly, fast service, locally owned. Next time I'm home visiting family, I'm coming back to try some other items on the menu.
