I don't even know where to begin, Mr. Jovan, showed up and was kind enough not to message me since he knew I was working, Only messaged me ONCE IT WAS DONE, My god the consideration is out of this world and the work. PER-FEC-TION. I kept staring at the rim dumbfounded, I don't know if this man just replace the entire dam thing. I can't find where the original damage was. It was so cleanly done im just stupefied. I need give this man a higher rating than 5 stars.

BEST MONEY EVER SPENT! Look at my photos, I thought there wasn't a chance this could be fixed. My rim is satin so I thought it would be impossible to match. I've asked four people to try to find where it was repaired and no one can! The technician was so friendly, on time, easy to communicate with, and fast! He was done in 20 minutes. I was shocked when he showed me the final product. So beyond happy and couldn't recommend them more! Save your money trying to fix it yourself and go here!

No matter how hard I try, I always seem to get curb rash... I feel like the curbs are out to get me. Never fear, Monaco Wheel Restoration is here... Curbs can't mess with me anymore. Now I have peace of mind that I have someone I can call to make my rims look brand new again. The job was done within 15 min, they came to my house and the guy was very nice and professional. 2nd time having Monaco restore wheels after a tire company had caused damage on two of my wheels. They saved the day as usual and fixed it within an hour. I will always go to Monaco to fix my wheels. Also, I had curb rashed two of my wheels prior to this. So far about 5,000 miles later and I can't even tell which wheels had previously been restored.

Totaled car. Monaco Wheel did not do the car wrap or any work on this car, it's an example of what she wanted the S550 to look like.

This review is on behalf of the registered owner of the Mercedes Benz S550, whose credit card was overcharged $6,500 by this business for extremely poor quality work. Do NOT take your car to Monaco Wheel Restoration unless: 1) you hate your money and can't get rid of it fast enough, 2) you enjoy being overcharged for extremely poor quality work done on your vehicle that after a few months, you'll have to take your vehicle to Dependable Guys in Santa Ana, CA (highly recommend Dependable Guys 10/10) to have them redo everything, or 3) you want the cops to pull you over for numerous vehicle code violations. Monaco Wheel Restoration overcharged $6,500 for lousy work done on a Mercedes Benz S550, including a car wrap, powder coating the wheels, chrome delete, ILLEGAL tint on the front windshield, front windows and tail lights. For context, the real owner of the S550, out of the goodness of his heart and without knowledge of his ex's criminal record and prior DUI, he kindly let his unemployed ex-girlfriend borrow his S550 after she wrecked her new Mercedes (see photo below) in a SECOND DUI solo collision with a BAC of 0.214% in May of 2023 (yikes), and she took his S550 (and his money) to Monaco Wheel Restoration to have the car wrapped, tinted, chrome delete etc. etc. Monaco Wheel should've done its due diligence and at least verified the name on the credit card first before charging $6,500 for lousy work. (Note: Don't ever loan someone your car, especially if the person has prior DUI's.) After only a couple of months, the $6,500 of work Monaco Wheel Restoration did on the S550 started to deteriorate, specifically the wrap & chrome delete. Monaco Wheel Restoration failed to prep it properly so it started chipping off where they used black paint instead of wrapping it, which left the chrome part underneath exposed! It looked horrendous and super ghetto with the black paint chipping off after just a couple of months! That might be acceptable if it was a beat up old car, but this is a Mercedes Benz S550. For $6,500, any reasonable person would expect this to last longer than a couple of months. I contacted Monaco Wheel Restoration on behalf of the real owner of the S550 (not the person who Monaco Wheel incorrectly assumed was the owner of the car) and inquired about removing the wrap per the real owner's request. However, Monaco Wheel Restoration provided a quote that was ridiculously high compared to other local shops who would remove the wrap for a fraction of the cost. It wasn't until we took the S550 to an experienced shop (that doesn't overcharge clients for poor quality work) to have them fix/redo everything previously done by Monaco Wheel Restoration that we discovered additional problems and damage caused by Monaco Wheel Restoration. A main concern and problem was the fact that Monaco Wheel Restoration torqued the wheels too tight so one of the wheels won't come off, which requires additional time and money to fix this problem caused by Monaco Wheel Restoration. THANK GOD for the DEPENDABLE GUYS in Santa Ana, CA. We can't recommend them enough! They are extremely professional, highly experienced with car wraps among many other things, and they provide the BEST customer service and high quality work on your car. Not only that, the Dependable Guys don't OVERCHARGE you for POOR QUALITY WORK that you'll end up having to pay more money to have fixed after only a few months. MORAL OF THE STORY, TAKE YOUR CAR TO THE DEPENDABLE GUYS (and don't allow criminals with a poor driving record to borrow your car). This is NOT a lover's quarrel as Monaco Wheel Restoration incorrectly assumes, again, without knowing the facts. This is simply a negative review of this business that provided extremely poor quality work and overcharged the customer, aka the person whose name is on the credit card that Monaco Wheel charged $6,500 to without even verifying any identification.

I had curb rash on my Corvette C8 after a wheel shop damaged it while changing my tires, so I started getting quotes. Most places told me the damage wouldn't blend well and that full powder coating was the only real solution. Monaco Wheels assured me they could repair it and match it so I wouldn't notice the damage--and they were right. The repair took less than an hour and the wheel looks great. I requested a quote on Sunday and got a response even though they were closed... did some price shopping and found out they were right in the middle between most expensive coming at $150 and $85 ish for the cheapest one. The problem with $85 dollar ones are that you work around there schedule in when they will be in your area which we have no idea of when it will be.. guys are very friendly and you have somewhere to wait. Oh... quality?? I couldn't tell where the original damaged part was until I pulled out the picture to inspect and it looks like nothing ever happened. read more

I had Monaco Wheel Restoration repair, repaint, and recondition the wheels on my 2011 Corvette Grand Sport (33k miles, one owner). They assured me that the workmanship would be excellent and the paint match on the wheels would be virtually undetectable. Joe was the technician that came to my condo to do the requested work. He completely removed all scratches and curb rash. When he finished there was no indication that any repair had been done. The paint match was perfect. I take extremely good care of my cars and am very picky about who works on it. Joe showed that he was a master at what he does. I must say that Joe's level of service, workmanship, and professional pride cannot be bettered, IMO. Many tire shops told me I would need to buy another rim. Monaco spent 5 hours restoring my wheel. I'm so glad I found them and brought my car in. My tire had been leaking air for months because I hit my rim very hard on a deep pothole. I should've brought my car in sooner. Jo and company did a great job and the price was more than fair. I had them do two wheels and one was really messed up; see attached pictures. The color is spot on and no over spray! I am detail oriented and approve of the work done. Realistic expectations are important. Keep in mind they are repairing your wheels and not making them look perfectly new. You can spend $300-$800 for a new wheel or way less for a great repair. Great job guys. read more

I have used Monaco 3 times so far and each experience has been terrific! For this service I requested service for a curbed wheel on a Sunday night and got an immediate response from the owner himself within a few minutes and he was at my house on Monday morning. The owner "Jovan" and all his employees have an outstanding work ethic and do extremely excellent work. I will be recommending Monaco to anybody who asks me about wheel repair. I have a 2023 Tesla Model Y Performance and it is prone to curb rash, as is any Tesla model, just because of the aerodynamic design of their wheels. Monaco has always color matched the paint perfectly, which is difficult to do for a Tesla, and you cannot see where the repairs were made, and I'm pretty anal when it comes to my cats and any imperfections. Monaco is a great value either going to get work done at their shop or their mobile service. Gavin gave me two options initially, and I chose the second option replacing front right light with a used light and repairing the fender. Long story short, repairing the fender (making a bracket and welding) was done in same day, but due to ordering the wrong light twice and/or his incompetence dealing with tesla light programming, it took 1 week and 2 days to get my car back with me getting and delivering him the used light with matching part number myself. He kept blaming on the wrong used light that he ordered and kept being rude, whining to me about his time and money lost working on my car, telling me he is doing me a favor when it was his incompetence in ordering the right part or programming tesla light the whole time. I got sick and tired of hearing this BS (felt like he was a customer complaining) so much that I decided to not come back anymore and will go to a different PDR shop in the future. At one point, he requested I need to make an appointment at tesla so he can bring his car there. Second used light he ordered is "DOT 1077372-00-K", and my original light is "DOT 1077372-00-L". According to tesla and from my research, both lights are compatible, but he could not figure it out and at the end, he told me he needs exactly the same part which according to his words, he took a whole lot of time calling and searching for it. It took me 10 min to find whole bunch of them used and took me 30 min to locate the one that I can pick up locally (1hr 30min away) that worked after 5 min after I brought it to him. I wish he just told me the part number in the beginning, and I ordered it myself as if I did it, it'd be done in one day without all of his whining. His final bill was about $240 higher than the estimate as he added tech bill for $240 (he called tesla tech at one point that didn't go anywhere). After I came home, I also noticed one bolt with a washer below my wipers that he is not replying to me if it's from my car and noticed the upper tub under the hood was not clicked in properly. I was very frustrated, but I still was not going to leave a bad review for him considering my past experience, but as soon as I noticed he is ignoring my texts about the bolt, that was it. I won't go back even regarding this bolt that I have no idea where it came from. He never apologized to me even once during this whole time. His attitude was the opposite. Not sure what changed him.

All 4 alloy rims of mine are rare (28 years old), out of circulation, dinged up, and have been restored to excellent condition while addressing the 3 distinct different finishes on the rims, with outer lips requiring machining to bring back the brushed aluminum, a skin texture spoke, with a center cap that has a distinct color.
