All 4 alloy rims of mine are rare (28 years old), out of circulation, dinged up, and have been restored to excellent condition while addressing the 3 distinct different finishes on the rims, with outer lips requiring machining to bring back the brushed aluminum, a skin texture spoke, with a center cap that has a distinct color. Joe nailed each wheel, and added a bumper touch up paint service, and repaired some wear and tear all for a reasonable price, and within 2 weeks. Unparalleled service! What made this worse is that no price was given upfront before the work started, which is completely unacceptable. When I raised my concerns, instead of accountability or an apology, I was met with pushback. Jeff, as the owner, I would expect better transparency and professionalism--especially toward a repeat customer. Charging premium prices without disclosure and failing to deliver timely service is not okay. This was an extremely bad experience. I won't be coming back, and I'll be advising friends to take their business elsewhere. Jeff, I welcome a public response explaining why no estimate was provided and why a simple wheel swap took over two hours... an apology is absolutely owed here.
