He navigated an electric dog fence and irrigation system without damaging either and buried the pipe underneath the irrigation lines in case the lines ever need repaired. No thanks…read more We bought a $12 bag of concrete, took the panels off, set the the previous post back in the new concrete (because it came right out of the ground clean [due to the fence installation co. we hired being inline with so many construction contractors/workers these days, doing half-assed work]), then put the panels back on after the post set. $12 and about 45 minutes worth of work. This isn't work like a doctor does going into surgery - it's taking screws out, mixing concrete (which is less complicated than mixing together ingredients for cake out of a box), aligning your post correctly, then putting the screws back in. $500? Maybe the local car wash should charge $500 to do a basic hand wash on a small vehicle - it's just as complicated.
