They were early both to the consultation and to complete the work. I had the trim on my second story painted, and my basement walls and trim painted. The painter went above and beyond, even as far as to clean any paint off the wood floor (that was actually paint that I had spilled myself - and was just putting off). You don't pay for the services until their done (not even a deposit). When I went to pay i wanted to use a credit card, but there was not someone in the office to take it, so I gave the painter a check. I called the office and let them know I really wanted to use a credit card (b/c I was trying to earn points), and they told me no problem, shredded the check, and took the CC payment over the phone. In every aspect this company exceeded my expectations.
