It wasn't until I inquired as to why other patients were being called that we learned about the issue. The office manager agreed to follow up with the insurance company and get back to me. This never happened and I have been dealing with their billing dept, since. Ultimately, we saw the doctor and all was fine. However, we are still dealing with a billing dept that doesn't return emails or calls in a timely fashion. I would not recommend their office. Too much of a hassle.
