My dog loved him and he is thankfully an animal person because she wanted to be with him the entire time he was here. After hiring a small neighborhood HS/college guy last year- I was left feeling disappointed and at a monetary loss when I had to re-powerwash the entire patio myself. So this year, I was very hesitant to bring in another powerwasher all together... But then... I found Monapix Monapix far exceeded my expectations! After contacting them with details/pictures of the scope of work needed for my bluestone patio, Alex promptly replied with an affordable estimate. They arrived timely and their two person team got straight to work (without needing exterior electrical access). My bluestone was stained from fallen leaves over the winter and had dark water spots due to pooling that occurred- they took their time and treated/soaked these areas while they power washed the less soiled surfaces. They were very efficient, communicative, and very thorough. In full transparency- there were a couple of very small spots that didn't lift completely (admittedly, I didn't seal up my patio furniture well enough for the winter months- which resulted in these deep stains). However, Alex took the time to properly asses these areas with me as he informed/showed me how to prevent/treat these issues going forward. The spots have since lifted fully. Since then- every guest that has come over have complimented our patio's bluestone natural sparkle. Feel as if it looks just as new as it did when it was first put in! I've use Alex at Monapix a couple times before with no problems, BUT I used him recently to power wash my house. He did not do it himself this time but he dropped off another worker who did the power wash. Alex left to do another job elsewhere. When the worker was finished, there was an irregular hole high up on the vinyl siding, a broken seal on a double pane/double hung window, and some of the siding/fascia need to be re-nailed. I informed Alex who was NOT very nice about any of it and told me there was NO way power washing incorrectly could make a hole in the vinyl siding. Alex said I was lying and that he had forgotten to tell me the hole was there already. He just dismissed the broken seal on the window and the siding/fascia that needed repair. After much discussion and as I had a piece of the siding in my garage, he did come back and replace that piece of siding. He said no to any other repairs and specifically stated he would do nothing about the window. I'm now stuck with a $250 bill to pay for the window and don't know yet how much to have someone come re-nail the siding/fascia. Don't take the chance on Monapix. read more

Alex was able to come out and look at the property and give me a quote within a few days and we scheduled a mutually agreeable date for them to come out, wash inside and out and also power wash some areas around my home like the front walk way and stone exterior walls because there was some moss growing which I over time become blind to. so I needed them gutters cleaned since the water was going over them in those recent terannual like rains and my wife basically went ballistic. Also wanted to put the guards on them, the gutters. So I called this dude who cleaned them very quickly and reasonably dollar wise, and also told me to forget about spending what woud be reasonably big bucks on those guards. Basically, he said that the amount of leaves he gathered while dancing on my roof and the number of years, I think them was 3, I didn't clean, do not warrant them guards. Now, mind you, I have likely what is most leafy yard in subdivision but hey, I will head his advise and no guards. I used them to clean all the windows on my home and then found out they even clean gutters. So I hired them for that job as well.
