Andrei is the owner Titan Roofing. We selected him out of 13 roofers in the area who gave us estimates and their expertise, to provide us roof replacement and gutter replacement service. His price was the most reasonable of all for home roof and garage roof replacement, and provided suggestions to apply vents in garage roof, which included updating the gutters and relocating one of them to prevent a trip hazard. We've never met in each other in-person because we lived out of state at that time. He communicated with my dad and our real estate agent. Andrei communicated effectively through texting. There were times when him and I took an hour or longer to respond, which was understandable. Nothing was emergent and I was fine waiting for his response and him waiting for my response. In my opinion, he was responsive to my messages. His team came in at 8am on decided day and gone by the time I was home. They cleaned the yard and alley with magnets to ensure the tires of vehicles will not have nails in them. Andrei was great in fixing a leak we had in our roof. I've had no issues since, even with the rain we've had the past few weeks. With the heavy rains a few months back we noticed a leak coming in our living room. I was able to go up into the attic crawl space and see the water dripping down and had a general idea of where it was coming in. I called up Andrei and he was up on our roof a few days later to take a look. He noticed a few things around how the gutters were positioned as well as how the flashing was not correct around the ridge line of our split-level house. About a week after that he was over bright and early. Took off a section of shingles and saw that the previous owners had not had the roof done correctly where the two halves of my house come together. He was able to quickly put down new underlayment, redo the flashing and reshingle the section he had removed. He even extended one of our downspouts to have it exit closer to the lower portion of our roof. While he wasn't able to find an exact match to the shingles I currently have, he was able to source a very similar color/style and it blends in pretty well. From the street I can barely tell where he fixed things. I would use him again if I needed further roof repair. read more

We have two tall trees and lots of helicopter seeds had landed on the gutters... You could even see some little trees growing un in the gutters. It urgently needed a clean-up. Andrei came the very next day and gave me a great price. He also removed some poorly installed gutter covers and replaced one of the shingles!
