    Absolutely amazing experience with Sam. He helped me get the exact BMW X7 I wanted, and the whole process was honestly smooth from start to finish. No stress, no games, no usual dealership headache, just straight-up great service. He kept me updated the whole time. Also, the moment he showed up at my place with the car felt like the easiest handoff ever. If you're looking for someone who actually listens and delivers, Sam is the one you want handling your deal.     Can we talk about "coming through with promises" wow these guys just work extra hard to get you the deals you need. Before New Years, both my sis and I needed to return our leases and purchase new ones. Of course Monarch came through right on the 30th of December and delivered two cars for a fresh start into the New Year. Best deals and best packages! They have great contacts and work with your budget. Can't recommend them enough

    Armen was fantastic in getting me a great deal on my lease. It really was as simple as telling him what car I wanted, and within a couple of hours, he procured the deal. Steve was super friendly and I can tell he really does care about customer satisfaction. They even helped me out get out of my lease a tad bit earlier. The whole process was as smooth as my new ride. Highly recommended!

    Decided it was time for a new car, and I was tired of used cars. I hit up Monarch to get prices on what I was interested in. They served the best service and had great prices that fit my interests. The entire process of both communicating with Steve and getting the car delivered straight to my door was hassle and stress free. Definitely recommend Monarch as they save you lots of time and stress and are entirely honest and transparent the whole way through.

    Steve was so amazing through the whole process. My husband would call him multiple times a day, and he remained patient and calm. He worked diligently to get the exact model and color we where looking for. Steve's customer service was above and beyond. I will be getting my next car through him as well. He delivered when no one else couldn't. I love our new Nissan Ariya, we decided to name her Evey!

    THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD…read more I took my $140,000 Corvette Z06 in for its very first oil change and got the car back with a cracked side skirt. Apparently, whoever worked on the car had little to no experience servicing low sports cars. At first, Carlos (with quite an attitude) acknowledged responsibility and ordered a replacement part. Once the side skirt arrived, I asked if I could simply install it myself since it's literally a 7-bolt installation. I was told no, that I had to bring the car back in and let them handle it. Carlos then scheduled me for an appointment the following morning at 8:30 AM. Later that same day, around 4 PM, I received a call telling me to just come pick up the part and install it myself because Mauricio, the service manager, no longer wanted the dealership to work on my car and essentially told me not to come back. When I arrived to pick up the part, Carlos repeatedly implied that I "didn't catch the damage during inspection," basically accusing me of trying to blame the dealership for pre-existing damage just to get a free $400 part. That accusation was insulting and completely unprofessional. I am financially capable and do not need to scam anyone for a side skirt. What makes this even worse is that Carlos has been my service advisor for years. I brought both my previous 2023 Corvette and now my 2025 Z06 here for dealer service work. This experience showed me exactly how this dealership handles situations when THEIR staff damages a customer's vehicle: deny responsibility, treat the customer like a liar, and then throw them out. As a business owner myself, I found Carlos's behavior and Mauricio's handling of the situation classless, disrespectful, and unacceptable. I have already filed a formal complaint with GM Corporate because no customer should be treated this way. If you value your vehicle, especially a Corvette or any performance Chevy, avoid this dealership. Based on my experience, they will damage your car and then try to blame you for it.

I really appreciate their smooth, no haggle sales process. You get a quote online, you bring the car in (title in hand), and in a few hours, you walk out with your check and they even take care of notifying the DMV for you. Michael was a champ for the most recent transaction. But what really matters is what they do even when it's not transaction related. Turns out, I left my AirPods at the store from a few days ago. But sure enough, they saved it in their lost and found (i mean, TBH, how often does that happen?) Jay even helped write my name on the envelope so I could seamlessly retrieve it when I returned to the store. Thank you, Carmax!

I paid extra to have a Porsche 718 shipped from Colorado, expecting a "premium" vehicle that had passed their 125+ point inspection. Instead, I was sold a car with cheap after market brakes, bad rotors, and bad bearings. When I brought the car back because of a loud noise every time I braked, the service department made me feel like I was crazy. They confirmed they heard the noise, but because the brakes "hadn't failed yet," they refused to fix them. The Red Flags & Dishonesty: Hidden Repairs: Their official inspection report only listed an oil change. However, a representative eventually admitted to me that the brakes had been changed with cheap, non-Porsche certified aftermarket parts. * Mechanical Damage: My personal mechanic inspected the car and confirmed these low-quality parts were likely the reason the rotors and bearings were now making noise and failing to function properly. Using "budget" parts on a Porsche not only compromises safety but immediately devalues the vehicle. Safety Risk: My mechanic told me the car needed immediate repairs to be safe. CarMax's standard for "passing inspection" clearly does not meet the manufacturer's safety standards for a high-performance vehicle. The Total Lack of Organization: Lost Car: I dropped the car off on Thursday. By Saturday, no one knew where it was, even though it had been in their possession for two days. Incompetent Communication: After spending 1.5 hours waiting to sign the return paperwork, someone called me on Monday asking me to "pick up the car." No one talks to each other; I had to repeat the same frustrating story to five different people. Rude Service: Aside from Sophia, who was the only pleasant person we dealt with, the staff was dismissive and rude when we raised legitimate safety concerns. I wasted money on shipping and hours of my time. If you are looking for a high-end vehicle, do not trust their "inspections." They are willing to use cheap parts and hide it from the buyer. This was a complete waste of time and money.

During my purchase I had many questions and Isaiah was very professional, very responsive to all my needs. If it weren't for Isaiah, I probably wouldn't have purchased a Tesla. There were times that he was extremely busy, but always found the time to respond to me in a timely manner. I highly recommend seeing Isaiah in Burbank if you are interested in purchasing a Tesla!! My appointment was on Friday at 1:30pm for a full replacement of all four tires + alignment. I was told they would aim to have it completed by EOD 7pm. Around 6pm, I received a message apologizing that it would not be completed on time and that the car would instead be ready by 10am the next day. Thankfully my schedule allowed for that, but it was still inconvenient. What makes it confusing is that I was initially quoted 5 hours for the tire replacement and alignment, yet it still couldn't be completed by the end of the day. The invoice states the job takes two hours. There were also no loaner vehicles available. They did provide a $100 Uber voucher (grateful for this, thank you). Maybe they were extremely short-staffed yesterday or someone had to leave mid-shift. Either way, the experience makes me hesitant about returning to this location for future service.
