I sold two cars to them in the last month. Both were extremely fair priced (if not over priced) and the transactions were beyond easy. Although I don't believe they typically drive to the cars, in my case, my batteries were dead and Victor was willing to drive to me (I'm down the street) and pick them up (both times) and then come back for his car. After inspecting the car in person (took only 5-10 minutes) he came up with an offer that was extremely close to the original quote. Just another seedy hole in the wall "dealership" I wouldn't be writing this review if I wasn't blatantly lied to on the phone in order to get me to come in, and then for it to be brushed it off as whoops, "miscommunication" Yeah, okay. They called me after seeing my Kelly Blue Book inquiry (my vehicle was listed THROUGH THE VIN) and had a trade in value of 26k on KBB. They asked me to come in. I said on the phone "I'm asking 26k for my BMW" because I know they're going to sell it for around 32k. Fair deal. So he said "we pay more than Kelly Blue Book, so come in, I'm sure we can make a deal" I drive 40 minutes out of my way, for them to offer me 15k. Almost HALF of what it's worth. And why mostly? Because of a small "scratch" on the bumper that I just rubbed off with my finger. Don't waste your time like they wasted mine. read more

I din't buy a car from this dealer but I had a good experince with martin. I recommend going to good vibes for your car shopping needs but if you must come here talk with martin he is a pretty good man. He tried to get me the best deal he could on a mustang I was interested in, which sounded pretty good I almost took it home but I ended up finding a much better car and deal with greg at good vibes. Overall nice guy and nice cars. The cons for this place however is that the cars here are much more expensive than other dealers, not only that but before I had ever encountered martin. I had visited this place prior to check out that mustang I had been eyeing for a good minute and I was turned away for not "being ready to buy a car". I told them that i would return when my taxes came through but was told to just come back when they did. Sucks for this dealer because at this point I was deciding between good vibes and this place. I guess you can say that remark pushed me more towards good vibes.
