Eddie did me a solid and didn't me charge for his service that day even though I insisted. He then went on to offer a new windshield at an amazing price with install included. He ordered the windshield and came out to my place of employment today 7/17/26 to install. He took time, care, and pride when installing the glass. Not only did he get me a windshield at a great price he got me a tinted windshield because it looks better at no extra cost. Then he went above and beyond to install my new windshield wipers! (I bought the wrong ones) but he made sure I knew which ones I needed and how to install them myself once I have them. He didn't stop there! He made sure I was educated about what this valley heat does to the vehicle glass and what time during the day my windows should be partially down for air flow and how to maintain longevity of the windshield. I went to this shop for a windshield chip repair, but unfortunately the repair was not done…read moreproperly. The crack looks the same as before and was not correctly filled. The technician did not use proper professional equipment (no vacuum/pressure system), and the result clearly shows that the repair was ineffective. Because of this failed repair, I have now been advised that the windshield can no longer be properly repaired and may require a full replacement. I have photos, video, and receipt showing the condition before and after, with no improvement at all. I am very disappointed with the service, especially from a company that claims to specialize in auto glass repair. This was not professional work. I contacted them to resolve the issue but received no response. I hope they take responsibility and address this situation. I cannot recommend this place.
