On the morning of my appointment, he reached out to let me know about a 15-minute delay -- great communication, which I appreciated. The job ended up taking about eight hours due to a mechanical issue, and when I reviewed my receipt, I noticed the windshield tint (which I thought we had included) wasn't listed in the price.
