How is it that the auto shop can contact us letting us know she is trying to reach us but apparently they hen she does my wife's voicemail is full ? It's total bs. And when I finally get in contact with her today 10/09/2023. I tell her off about how she is a compulsive liar and not once did she ever tries to contact me and my wife. And the one time she finally contacts my wife. My wife gives her my lot her in laws number. We expect her to call her they same day. And nothing no call at all. Luckily i discovered that DMV had business partners like Power Insurance Solutions , that make anything DMV related very easy. I was gifted a truck from my dad and tried to do a Title Transfer online through the dmv website but it as a terrible experience. From the several days waiting between responses, to the run around, to the "you are missing this doc, that doc", I hated the experience. Esther made the entire process seamless. I made an appointment via a phone call and I was in and out of the office in under 15 mins. Yes there was a small fee, but well worth it: TIME IS MONEY!
