I was assured it would be fine, but I ended up leaving with fresh damage on multiple areas of the wheel. Two huge gashes on one rim and damage the entire outer edge on other. What made the experience worse was the way it was handled afterward. At first the staff admitted the machine likely caused the damage, but after talking among themselves they suddenly changed the story and claimed they weren't sure what caused it because they "didn't have before pictures." Instead of actually helping resolve the issue, I was given a phone number to call. I've spent the entire week calling, leaving voicemails, and sending texts with no response from anyone. Mistakes can happen, but avoiding responsibility and ignoring customers afterward is unacceptable. If you care about your wheels, especially aftermarket or gloss black rims, I'd strongly recommend taking detailed before pictures and thinking twice before coming here.

I called, told them the make, model, and wanted something good in snow, rain, and off road (for a Jeep). They answered a few questions, ordered the tires, I scheduled the appointment, got them put on, and when I went to pay thought it was a mistake because the price was so low. After paying, was driving off the lot and immediately noticed a huge difference - it rode much smoother. The next day, researched the tire brand thinking with such a low price, it was a bad brand - only to discover that the brand is a recognized one and of high quality; additionally, the specific tire's description specifies that it is made for snow, rain, and for off road. I love, love, love Piedmont Tire & Auto. The professionals are incredibly good, attentative, and polite. One recommendation is to either drop it off or Uber somewhere while waiting. Though they are efficient and operate, smoothly, they have a constant flow of customers. They appreciate buffer time to accommodate everyone.

Of note: John frequently offers money up for anyone to grab regarding either tire service, coffee, etc. If you contact him about this, he will warp it as asking for handouts. Also, on the very large facebook forum, the group rules state fundraisers must be approved by admin (him). If you ask him to post a medical fundraiser for medical equipment (saving a sick service dog), he will again warp it as asking for handouts to the public. He will then utilize his platform of 30k locals to bash previous customers- including posting their picture with name calling and cruel accusations. Finding a good auto shop can be frustrating, exasperating, and hands down difficult. First, I called and scheduled an oil change and emissions on one of our cars. It was scheduled for two days later. Dropped it off, waited about 30-40 min and then done! Best of all they did not try to make me do a bunch of unnecessary things. Paid and I was out. $99 for an all synthetic oil change was very reasonable. Second, I had two flat tires. I had my insurance roadside tow my car down the street here. They called to let me know one could just be repaired but the other one should be replaced. We replaced both tires and got an oil change. Everything was done by the next morning. Prices were reasonable and service impeccable. They picked me up to get the car. Timmy always provides above and beyond customer service and really makes you feel like a valued customer. I have been to so many auto shops in Loudoun County and none were as honest and convenient! Returned again at 4 PM -- invoice was ready: * No discount * No mention of warranty * No explanation When I asked where the 5-year warranty was, he flat-out lied. First he said it was written on the invoice (it wasn't). Then he said it was in the system -- but refused to show it. Then he changed the story and said, "I never promised 5 years -- it's only 1 year." When I asked him to write even 1 year on the invoice, he refused again. Just kept saying: "I'm busy. It's done. It's done." That was his final answer. I left without paying and told him I'd be back the next day. Then -- this part is unbelievable -- I got a call that night from a random number claiming to be a police officer, trying to intimidate me into paying. Total abuse of power and completely out of line. Let me be absolutely clear: This man is a liar. You cannot trust a single word out of his mouth. He says whatever he wants to get your car, does the work without permission, then gaslights you, refuses to write anything down, and tries to scare you into paying. Stay away. Run, don't walk. This is not someone you want to deal with -- ever.
