By far the most inexperienced group of people working in this location. I have a set of 33x1250 tires on my truck. Bought a set of tires for them to put on that are the exact same brand and model tire currently on my truck just one size bigger. They told me that my new tires won't work due to my wheels being to wide and the bead of the tire was to steep for the install. It's the exact same tire currently on my truck so it's obvious it'll work. After driving close to a hour, then taking my 33" tire off, trying to mount the 35" with no luck then installing back my 33" tire which is exactly the same as my new ones. Seems like they didn't want to work today and made up excuses not to do the work Let's keep in mind they re installed the 33" tire which is the exact same brand and model as the 35". The old crew was much more professional and actually did the work.

I'm not normally one to post but I just got tires installed. In the process of removing my rear passenger tire they struck my rim with a sledge hammer. The technician didn't even apologize. I spoke with the manager who told me they aren't responsible for damages. Really disappointed. Would def not recommend.

Worlds most expensive tire repair. A 20 dollar repair that cost $500 dollars. Worst experience for a flat repair damaged the rim my truck while remounting the tire to the rim. Was told by the employee he would report it to Mark the GM he didn't. Was told by the General Manager Mark "they have signs up". "They are not responsible for rims, studs or lug nuts." Terrible business practices. Been going to several locations for 15 plus years year's never again.

Waiting room isn't pretty but is air conditioned!

Had to get a tire inspected for a leak. Drove up, went in and asked if they had time for that and was told to bring it around to the garage bay. He found a nail, plugged it and sent me on my way in less than 8 minutes! Friendly staff, too. I'll be back if I have another leak!

    Warrenton Location.

I went to Ron's in Gainesville as they had helped me before. Today they didn't have my size tires so they sent me home to the Ron's here in Warrenton. The guy at the counter already knew I was coming. He was very nice. Pretty smile. I checked in and sat for about and hour 15 min before they could pull my car into the shop. They were very busy. People in and out often while I was there and I think there were only 4 people working. Poor guys. It was hot too. After getting my car in the garage it was about another 30/45 min and we were done. 4 slightly used tires. $190. They guarantee for 30 days to adjust or fix as needed. Im fine with that. Was it nice and cool in the waiting area? No. Was it clean and fresh smelling? No. Did I receive smiley customer service and 4 good used tires for low cost? Yes. Yes, I did. If this works out, I'm happy to know they are less than a mile from my house and can use thier services again another day. Thanks Ron's of Warrenton!

Came in only to be told the tech on duty didn't have the equipment to do the job. The friendly guy at the counter apologized and told me that "someone" should have called to tell me since they had known the issue all day. Came back the next day, since they had already ordered parts. I was quoted two hours, "Should be ready by four." Ended up waiting until after six. Nothing beats getting your car back after watching the techs take it for a spin to test the job smelling like vape. Should I really have to tell a tech not to vape in my car? Positives, the front desk guys are friendly and apologetic. Negatives, be prepared to wait and drive home with your windows rolled down to try and get rid of vape fumes. As much as the front desk folks are helpful, would not return.

Piedmont Tire and Auto has my complete trust. Had purchased tires from them many years ago. Was…read morerecently told that I needed new tires, went to the usual tire places, received quotes and then remembered them. I called, told them the make, model, and wanted something good in snow, rain, and off road (for a Jeep). They answered a few questions, ordered the tires, I scheduled the appointment, got them put on, and when I went to pay thought it was a mistake because the price was so low. After paying, was driving off the lot and immediately noticed a huge difference - it rode much smoother. The next day, researched the tire brand thinking with such a low price, it was a bad brand - only to discover that the brand is a recognized one and of high quality; additionally, the specific tire's description specifies that it is made for snow, rain, and for off road. I love, love, love Piedmont Tire & Auto. The professionals are incredibly good, attentative, and polite. One recommendation is to either drop it off or Uber somewhere while waiting. Though they are efficient and operate, smoothly, they have a constant flow of customers. They appreciate buffer time to accommodate everyone.

Questioning why an intact part was replaced will get you "fired as a customer". If you want to have the same issue regarding tire vibration that cut through 3 pairs of tires in around 2 years, go to piedmont. If you want to be told its balancing, no its alignment, no now 3/4 of your rims are magically bent the day after we replace and rotate your tires even though we stated the bend was not there when you brought it in 4-5 months prior but its absolutely not our fault and is "impossible" for it to be, go to piedmont and lastly, if you want your father repeatedly implied to be giving "bad advice" .. because i guess a young woman cant ask questions of her own accord regarding HER car.,. based upon a singular, previous appt where my father questioned why a perfectly intact oil pan (which now his oil leak is WORSE after going there AND they put regular oil in instead of full synthetic???) was replaced and charged, go to piedmont!!! Not just haymarket piedmont- all piedmonts! I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt for a long, long while, even referring my family there given their cult following- but 2 years later, at least 4 pairs of tire purchases later... i have the same problem i walked in with years ago, and now the owner, John, utilizes his platform of 33,000 locals to villainize prior customers, make personal attacks, and cruel allegations. Of note: John frequently offers money up for anyone to grab regarding either tire service, coffee, etc. If you contact him about this, he will warp it as asking for handouts. Also, on the very large facebook forum, the group rules state fundraisers must be approved by admin (him). If you ask him to post a medical fundraiser for medical equipment (saving a sick service dog), he will again warp it as asking for handouts to the public. He will then utilize his platform of 30k locals to bash previous customers- including posting their picture with name calling and cruel accusations. This is the caliber of businessman you are dealing with.
