"I recently had an issue with the lights on the back of my 2018 Ford F-150 and brought it in for repair. Initially, I received excellent service from Julian, a serviceman who assisted me at the front desk. He provided a lot of helpful information about my warranty and offered various services related to the lights. While waiting for the repairs, Julian kept me informed about the expected duration and when the parts would arrive. I appreciated his communication. However, things took a turn when Julian had to consult with his service manager, Tamara, regarding the battery and whether it would be covered by the warranty. It was at this point that problems arose. Tamara suddenly claimed that none of the work on the lights would be covered due to pre-existing superficial damage to one of the taillights, which I had not mentioned when dropping off the vehicle. It's important to note that the issue I brought in the vehicle for concerned all four lights malfunctioning, not just the damaged taillight. Throughout the process, Tamara displayed rudeness and a lack of professionalism, refusing to assist me in any way and making the situation needlessly difficult. To make matters worse, Tamara decided to reissue a report that had already been sent to me, now including a charge for a diagnostic fee for the lights. The existence of the small damage was already known when I dropped off the vehicle, and no mention was made of a diagnostic fee until Tamara became involved. When I arrived at the office, I was surprised to find a new bill that included this charge, even though Julian had previously sent me the same bill without it. Julian seemed almost embarrassed to hand me the updated bill, knowing that Tamara had added the charge. Throughout the entire process, Julian tried his best to maintain professionalism and rectified the situation by removing the obviously unfounded diagnostic charge. Moreover, when I entered the office, Julian was kind and provided me with good service, acting as if there were no issues. However, Tamara positioned herself aggressively close to me, making me feel confronted, and repeatedly asked if I was satisfied with her service, despite our previous conflicts and my expressed dissatisfaction. It appeared to be an intentional attempt to provoke a reaction. Overall, the experience with Julian was positive, but Tamara's behavior was unprofessional, aggressive, and tarnished the reputation of your company. I was under the impression that inspections were covered by my warranty based on previous visits, but Tamara insisted otherwise unless I could provide specific warranty clauses. In the end, it all felt very unprofessional and was an embarrassment to your company's name." read more

Sketchy at best. I would have spent thousands and most likely broken down in the near future had i let them do what they wanted. Took my 2000 Lincoln town car in for a trip check. They gave my whole car a clean bill of health(this will be important later) except for a "coolant leak". They said they needed to pressure test and dye my system and see where the leak was coming from to the tune of 150$. NEVER PAY FOR A PRESSURE TEST!! auto zone will rent you a pressure test system FREE OF CHARGE. So I went and got an autozone test kit and pressure tested the system. No leaks!! It was my ac compressor that was leaking a bunch of PAG oil. The leak had nothing to do with my coolant at all. A day later my ac compressor completely broke down so that's when I went ahead and replaced my compressor and dryer my self which cost me about 250$, but it can be an extensive job, a shop will charge you well over 600$ for it. If I had been someone who wasn't car savvy and just let them pressure test it to find no leak then charge for ac compressor replacement I'd be out a lot of money. The " professional technicians" should have seen that it was clearly leaking from the compressor, the coolant was not low even a little. Either they were trying to take advantage of me and charge me for a service they know I didn't need and rip me off or they were too incompetent to see that liquid clearly dripping from my ac compressor wasn't coolant. I purchased nitrogen fill for my tires with free lifetime top off. Go there today and was told very rudely that they haven't done it in years . I then show him my recurring last year that clearly shows it was done there. I call other Quicklane's in area and was told it complementary only if I bought car there . A few days ago I received a letter in the mail from Ford. My 2013 Expedition was being recalled due to a PCM (Powertrain Control Module) problem. It needed to be re-programmed. The letter stated that the transmission COULD inadvertently downshift into 1st gear. That sounds like a potential problem bombing up and down I-95 at (speeds in excess of the posted speed limit). :-) A couple days ago I called the Quicklane shop and was told that it would only take a couple hours to fix the issue, so I left work early today. When I arrived at the shop I become concerned by the overflowing customer parking lot. The Service Advisor, Kendra Bulatko, was more than accommodating. Even though the shop was jammed, she found someone who could handle the problem right away. I was in there and out of there in under an hour. I am really happy with the service I received today! Went in today for an oil change and found out I needed a tire rotation and state inspection update. They offered to do the services and wasn't pressuring me to get the services done there with them,unlike other places that I have been to before. The guys at the front desks were friendly and welcoming and greeted me when I walked in. The wait time wasn't to long either, I mean I would rather wait and it be done correctly than to have them rush and something mess up. Took my new XD Buck25 rims and tires to get tire sensors put in. At 10am said it would be a couple of hours so I waited till 1, they said another few hours they were having a hard time. I call back a few times finally around 5 they got done. When I went out to get my Jeep I saw white grease on the lip went to wipe off they scratched and gouged deep scratches in not 1 but all 4 rims. Said they were sending them to a rim shop that specializes on fixing them but instead they sent the to a local paint shop. So if you need any type of Aluminum rim work done don't trust this Company with them read more

I took my daughters car to Quick lane on 4 October 2014 to have the front two tires balanced nd for a front end alignment. I arrived at Quick lane around 4 pm. Since Quick lane closes at 5 pm on Saturday I had to leave the car overnight. When I picked the car up on Sunday the two front tires were balanced but the alignment had not been done because the techncian had not given the pricing to the service representative until just before I arrived at around 1:30 pm. To my dismay when I got home I noticed that the doors were sticking. Someone had gotten a sticky substance on the bottom of the weatherstripping on both driver and passenger front doors. The radio was flahing 'CODE" indicating that someone had disconnected tha battery. On Friday 3 Cotober 2014 my dayghter noticed that her trip odometer was at 159 miles. Since I had changed her oil just 5 days prior she had only gone short distances to school, work and home. Quick lane placed 400 additional miles on the vehicle overnight. When we got the car back the odometer read over 538 miles. I would give negative stars if possible... read more

Great service so far. Just bought 4 tires there and they price match anyone. I've had oil changes before and like the fact they use Motorcraft Synthetic Blend as their standard oil - it's a highly regarded oil and better than your average quicky lube's bulk oil. Toby is the manager and she is pleasant to deal with - she tells it like it is w/o the bs - which is appreciated. Female customers should feel much more comfortable dealing with her - dealing with men in the car service business can be intimidating. Nice clean waiting area and bathroom too! read more

I pass by two Ford dealers on my way to Battlefield Ford Quick Lane because they simple are great people. They don't try to push you in to other questionable services. They state the facts and let you make an informed decision. If you want to wait and do a repair later or change your own air filter they treat you with the same respect as a person who can afford to have all services performed in one visit. If I could change one item at the Quick Lane it would to have a waiting area free from the overstocked tires. The rubber smell can be overwhelming. So for now I just go for a walk when I am waiting for service. read more

My inspection expired in October and I didn't have time to get it done, before I went on vacation at the end of the month. I got out of work early on Monday November 3, 2014 in order to get my car inspected. Come to find out there wasn't an inspection technician there on Mondays. I panicked and went back to my car trying to figure out what on earth I was going to do. Not to mention there was a police officer parked a few yards from me and I didn't want to get a ticket. I was so flustered and angry that I had to find another place to get an inspection and I know idea where to go, where I'm new to the area. Then the service manager, Toby Bragg, came out to my car and knocked on my window. I explained my dilemma and she told me to go to the Battlefield Ford Dealership, on Mathis Ave. She even called that location, to let them know I was on my way. I was able to get my inspection done less then 30 minutes and I went back to tell Toby that I was so glad she was able to help me out.
