Great company for those wanting to learn a lot. They will talk for an hour before divulging a tip. Or they will talk for an hour and then you figure out the entire event was just a membership drive. Too much effort is put into solicitation emails. Seems like 9 out of 10 emails was a solicitation. So much that I would miss the important info because I was buried in junk. I did one membership...then a second...it never stopped. All I wanted is a message to buy and a message to sell. I honestly don't care about how they got to their assessments. I did call today to ensure my subscription was not auto renewed. The rep, Brenden, kindly removed me from the bad email listing so perhaps things will be better. I plugged in the alerts exactly and sell them exactly on time when they suggested. And anytime it would go south, they had a bad attitude and would blame us for not executing well. One of the reasons I joined is because they had a 25x performance guarantee. They say they will have at least 25 picks that will make 100% in a 365 day year or your money back. Since I lost money from it after doing the alerts exactly and the bad attitude guy would always blame us for the fault, I figured I'd at least get some of my money back that I lost because of their "guarantee" But I had to wait a full year to be able to call back and ask for that. I am always proactive to call early, so I called about 5 times throughout the year to get my money back and they said I had to wait 365 days. Then when I called on the 365 day, of course now all of a sudden they just said they fulfilled the guarantee and there's nothing they can do about it. Wow... at least tell me that on the phone with the other 5 customer service people stringing be along. I never leave reviews like this, ever, I almost always give 5 star reviews in fact, but this company was absolute BS! Customer service is amazing - but as soon as I signed up for the program Micro Currency Trader I was immediately spammed with multiple offers from their own firm and outside partners. It's was a flood of unwanted junk! Thankfully my representative was very patient and kind and she turned off the subscription email setting so I would ONLY get what I signed up for. I Joined this company after watching a video of Andrew Keenes (1450Club) and his live seminar on how anybody can invest and make a living even if you only have a couple of thousand dollars. I also joined Tom Gentile's group. Long story short less than 10% of the people are making money and they are mostly the seasoned traders. After losing $3,000 plus my investment; I attempted to re-negotiate my account as I could not afford to pay anymore in order to make a living !!!! I am 71 yrs old and a single female and after explaining my financial situation they still charged me another fee for the subscription. Since we are in a world crisis of COVID-19; these people still push to milk money from people and yet all other businesses have a hold on extracting or demanding payment for anything; such as rent and credit card payments. Totally disgusted as they constantly pop up ads for programs you are already in. They even locked me out of two programs I had subscribed to!! Money Map Press can not be trusted to keep their word. I purchased lifetime subscriptions to all current and future services. They have not honored the sales agreement. Instead they wanted to charge more money for additional services. It was a scam to get more money. They dropped several lifetime services because of new management decisions. They paid $1950 for one service but left over $10,000 of dropped services unpaid. There are other services available. I would suggest not using Money Map Press services. They shut off all services if you refuse to pay for a service you do not want. I would stay away from this company. read more

Sure, investing is risky. But these guys take advantage of your hopes that this service actually delivers what they promise. Then they will abuse you as soon as you buy a product with incessant emails trying to upsell you with more products, practically on an hourly basis. And the customer service is deplorable! Most of the time they don't even respond, probably because they get so overwhelmed with complaints from unhappy customers. Maybe they hope you'll just forget about it. Besides trying to bait you into more products, they will also try to keep renewing your subscriptions without your approval. Money Calendar Pro auto-renews and there isn't even an option to opt out! You have to contact customer service and you guessed it, they may or may not respond. now it's up to you to make sure you hound them until they don't charge you without your approval! I will probably have to cancel the credit card they have on file to prevent this, because your account on the website doesn't even allow you to change or remove your credit card info. Don't waste your money on this borderline scam. They suck you in with promises of getting rich quick with 100%+ gains. Of course they don't mention all the giant losers that go along with it. Also, I was astounded at the number of mistakes they made in sending out alerts. Sometimes they would send the wrong action to make, and I'd even get an action alert one or two minutes before the market closed! And these services cost thousands of dollars. Yes, these guys are laughing all the way to the bank at our expense. If you're reading this because you're thinking about buying any of their products and are suspicious, please stay away! I should have known better but they really know how to play off emotions that most people are susceptible to, just like any good scam artist. Company does not honor life-time multi-service purchase agreements. They take services away from what you bought for a lot of money (in my case, Passport Club) without replacing them. They say this is their right based on the initial terms agreed to. Meanwhile, they keep adding new services to the website, some of which were promised to be added to what you originally bought, but you don't get any of them. This company is very unethical. Do not expect them to care about you as a customer, because they don't. No attempt whatsoever is made to keep their implied purchase agreements. Just a word of warning. From Money Map Press in Baltimore, Maryland, I paid $1,500 for a subscription to Money Calendar Pro, which is an options trading program with a trial period of 2 months for a refund. I subsequently decided that it wasn't my style of investing. I had gone past the 2-month period and about 3 weeks into the third month when I asked for a refund. During the telephone conversation I was told that it was Money Map Press "company policy" not to make ANY refund after the 2-month period. This was also the reply to my original request by email. I made the offer to pay for three months, including the 2 trial months, on a prorated basis. That is to say, I was asking for only $1,125 to be returned to me, which I thought was a fair offer. But it was refused by Money Map Press because of "company policy" not to make prorated refunds. Money Map Press would still have been making money from my offer. Until now I have never had a refusal of a prorated refund on request, if not a full refund, and I have NEVER had an outright refusal of a prorated refund because of "company policy." Had Money Map Press said in their email 2-month trial promotion that there would NEVER be a refund on ANY basis after the 2-month period I would have either not bought the Money Calendar Pro subscription or I would not have asked for a prorated refund. I want a refund! Chris Johnson's "Night Trader" service is a bust. He promises to help you turn $500 invested into his stock picks, into $174,000 within 12 months. In order to actually do that, his system would need to consistently, daily, recommend stocks that are going to go up over 100% within the next week or so, a parabolic move. Once the move is over, sell that stock, and move to the next one that is ready for a rocket ride. Problem is, of the 20 stocks he reco'd in the first three weeks since I signed up, 5 of them "failed to launch" meaning his buy instructions were never fulfilled. 4 of them got sold automatically when they hit the 10% trailing stop (which means I lost 10% on those four stocks), 9 of them didn't "go anywhere" and only drifted lower in price. Only one stock of the bunch actually was up about 5%. Yet, on his latest "mission scorecard" he claims his positions are up 60%!?!?!?!? Sorry to break it to you Chris, but your portfolio picks so far are a bunch of stinkers. You charged me $2,200 for a year's worth of service and guaranteed I would turn $500 into $174,000. At this rate, I will lose my shirt. I have lost confidence in this service. I called and asked for a refund, and the customer service agent refused and hung-up on me! They never even asked my name, they just refused a refund and hung up. Money Market Press should refund anyone's money who believed the lies that Chris Johnson is spouting about his so-called expertise and success. This dude is a charlatan.
