But, the shelves are pure chaos. Not because customers put things back in the wrong places. There just doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to the products' positions on the shelves. I was specifically looking for some organizer bins/baskets/containers. That aisle made my head hurt! Things weren't grouped by color, or by like item. I saw a cute set of desk organizer baskets I liked, but they were not the color I wanted. I searched for the ones I wanted, and saw how everything seemed to be haphazardly placed. I sometimes don't mind chaos, but in a store aisle dedicated to organization, I do, in fact, mind chaos. We did end up buying a small toy which was on clearance. I let my son stand in line while I looked at some things on a shelf near the registers. There was one cashier, and she very rudely snipped at my son for standing in line behind the other customer, instead of behind the "wait here" sign. (This was in 2026. No Covid, no pandemic. My kid can read, but he overlooked the sign and stood where he would/should at any other store.) Overall, this is not the worst store, but it doesn't have anything special, and I left feeling bad, which is not what I want from a shopping experience.

We are then told it's on clearance and is the last one available. I asked if there was anything wrong with it, and was told no, so SOLD. Now we have to wait for someone to get it off the wall. This proved pretty challenging oddly enough. So this store reminds me of a cheaper version of Pier One. Lots of cute home décor items, some small furniture and other various items.
