She asked did I have a check stub and copied it. She starts to go into how much I typically house monthly, in which i reply "I make more now". This situation made me feel a bit weird especially since I've cashed at this location before with no problems. I doubt if this is apart of Ace's policy and if it is, it should change.

I was told on the phone they would be able to print things for me if I emailed them but it turns out they have one public computer you have to log into with your sensitive info and every email service has them flagged as extra sketchy so you'll have to go through more extra authentication steps than I ever have before for a new device and the phone reception in their building is poor. The person who greeted me looked and didn't see me on the schedule and he even asked his coworker and didn't see my appointment. They had me sit and wait for a bit but still couldn't find my paperwork. I then said should I call the coordinator and they said yes. That's what had me concerned because I'm thinking shouldn't they contact the person as I am the customer. I shouldn't do their job. So once I contacted them they finally got it straight after over an hour of questioning and back and forth. The young gentleman who helped me was very apologetic and I told him he didn't need to be as it wasn't his fault. It was not a good experience. I'm hoping this is my last HELOC.
