    I have never done a review before, but I feel the need to now!! I have done business with Gail a…read morecouple times over the years. I have spent plenty of time picking her mind for help with my 93 year old friend for medical equipment. she has done this for a long time. and when you look in her store she has a lot of money in equipment invested. she has developed a pattern of doing business all her own,and that will not set well with some people, but when you ask why, you can understand why from her viewpoint. If Gail was paid for all the information she gives out for free she could have retired long ago for the retirement she deserves. If she sold her equipment for the price of most other stores she could also have retired by now. Barbara G. got to take advantage of all that experience for no extra cost. There have been many many countless numbers of people who have lived out the last of their days better and more comfortable because of Gail and her little shop and years of experience and kind heart, and for a lot less money!!! Some days will be better than others to be in her shop,there is a lot goes on behind the counter than you would think. The durable medical equipment business paid well years gone by. not so much today(think Medicare reimbursement). I would wrong her if I didn't go to her first for equipment because of what she has done for me and those many many countless others.

Later Mom and I went in to get fitted for a more size oriented walker. Gail spent quite a bit of time making sure that the walker we ordered was the right size for a tiny woman of 4'7". Her approach was alway helpful and she apologized whenever she had to step away to help another customer. Mom has had her new walker for about a month and she is walking taller and not as bent over. The new walker actually fits! We ended up purchasing a petite junior lift chair also. It is nice to see my Mom sitting in a chair that actually fits her tiny frame and helps her easily get to a standing position. Thanks for all your help, Gail!

    I wish I could give zero stars…read more I've been a member at Cascade FCU for over 30 years. The same account I closed today is the same account my parents opened for me as a child. My belief was that a small, local credit union should offer a different kind of service and personal connection than the faceless, national banking institutions. That belief has been proven wrong more times than I can count in the last few years. The folks at Cascade are unhelpful, uncaring, and arbitrary - all at the detriment of the clientelle they are supposed to serve, and I closed my account today because of it. If you are looking for a credit union - look elsewhere. Just go to BECU. Edit: In response to the "response". The "rules" discussed here are actually just Cascade's own made up rules - nothing to do with FDIC or regulatory rules. This evidenced by the fact that I walked out of their branch around 4PM, drove to another financial institution, opened an account, deposited the same check(s), and funds were immediately available before 5PM.

Every single other person who does and has worked there is awesome. Rochelle the manager is one of the smartest, most helpful and sweetest people I know. They stay for years and years and are well trained and give the best customer service I've had with ANY financial institution in my life. I moved to Idaho in 2021 and tried a few credit unions out in this state, that frankly didn't come close to CFCU. So I closed my accounts with them and I'm staying here because it's still more convienient and better than any place else I've banked with in spite of being out of state.

    I give this place one star because the manager and Jimmy are so nice and helpful. The last time I…read morewas in this bank I needed a money order and to pick up my debit card and after several mistakes I finally made it out of there alive after 45 minutes when it should have only taken 10 at the most. The tellers are constantly making mistakes and the place is not very clean, maybe it feels that way because it is an older bank. I rarely can make it out of there in less than ten minutes no matter what I am there for and have had several issues. Either way, not my favorite location and not enjoyable banking here!

    I was thinking of switching my small business account to this US Bank. Years ago I had used US Bank…read morefor a saving account and it was a good experience. I had a small check for $45 but I thought I would go in and cash for a non job related thing. My thought is I would get the check cashed and then I would speak to a banker about their business banking options. I was told by the teller I would be charged $7 for changing the check. I said really?? for a $45 check that came from US Bank? I even told her that last month I had cashed the same amount with no charge. She insisted that there was a charge. I took my check and left. As I was walking out the door I could help but think "they don't they even realize that they just lost my small business account over $7? Too bad but if that is how a bank wants to start a relationship I want no part of it.
