And it wasn't even what I needed, after more than one assurance from the employee that it would work for my set up. And then they aggressively attempt to sell you on things you don't want because they don't have what you need or are asking way too much for it. EJ is the man and their DAILY happy hour (weekdays 12-3) is a steal on solid quality house juice. I was told I had to see one person at a certain time on a certain day. Only one person who works there can deal with returns during a 1-hour span of time on one day (according to the employee working at the time). Maybe it'll get better at some point and I just caught them on a bad day today. Holding out hope because we live close.
