I arrived at Lakeview Dental Care of Gibbsboro office in severe pain on Saturday, expecting some form of urgent care or, at the very least, a precise treatment plan. Instead, I left with no relief, no next steps, and no sense of care or concern. I had to ask for my treatment, such as prescribing meds. The level of customer service was astonishingly poor, and the overall experience left me feeling frustrated and dismissed. This was misleading and unacceptable for an office that advertises emergency dental care. To those in the Cherry Hill, Gibbsboro, or Voorhees area, I strongly urge you to seek dental care elsewhere. Sit in the waiting room and watch. Every patient that walks in is greeted in a way not seen in most offices. You're greeted with a smile and a conversation. Something lost in some businesses. About a week before the appointment, the front desk called and asked if we could move our appointments to 11:00 AM. I told them that wouldn't work for us, and they said that was fine. During the same phone call, I specifically asked the receptionist to confirm that both my wife and I were still scheduled for 10:00 AM on June 27, because I wanted to make sure we weren't accidentally booked on different dates. The receptionist clearly confirmed that both appointments were at 10:00 AM. However, when we arrived today, I was called in for my cleaning first. After I finished, I noticed my wife was still sitting in the waiting room. When I asked why she hadn't been called, the front desk told us that she wasn't scheduled for today at all and that her appointment was supposedly next month. We were completely confused because we showed them the appointment confirmation text message, which clearly stated June 27 at 10:00 AM. Even after seeing the confirmation, the receptionist simply said they didn't know why it happened. This is extremely unprofessional. It appears that this office changed my wife's appointment without notifying us. This isn't even the first time they've tried to change our appointment--they had previously called asking to reschedule, but we declined. Somehow, despite that, they still ended up separating our appointments without our knowledge. We planned our schedules around these appointments and booked them six months in advance, only to have one of them changed without any notice. This shows a serious lack of organization and respect for patients' time. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this dental office.
