Costumer services: Monica is an absolute joy to work with. She gives prompt responses to your questions, she never leaves you in the dark, and she always has such a fun and positive attitude! Her presence alone would have me book her again. I booked Monica Linda Photography about 5 months before the wedding. The entire process ran so smoothly. Monica sent me a questionnaire and sat down with me before the wedding to go over my time line and types of photos I wanted. She kept in communication with the other vendors to make sure everything ran smoothly. On the day of, she and her staff were right on time and fully prepared to get to work. She made sure to capture all of the special moments which was very important to us because we did not have a videographer. Photography: Monica is absolutely amazing!! She captured some shots I didn't even know were possible. It took less than three months to get our photos, which some of my recently married friends were jealous about. Before all of the photos arrived, Monica was able to tide me and my husband over by sending a preview. Once the photos arrived, she even included a nice little video she made along to music. I was able to share this video on my social media. Photo booth: My guest LOVED the photo booth. There were so many fun props and all of the guest were able to take home copies of their pictures. Monica was able to make use a video from all of the pictures taken from the photo booth as well. I have to say, looking through the photo booth pictures was one of the best parts of our wedding. Have you ever been to a nice restaurant with amazing food but, serviced lacked because the restaurant was too busy ? That was our experiencing using Monica as a photographer for our wedding. This review is not intended to be a angry review, but rather objective. Here is a breakdown of my review score: 5 star rating for quality of work and in person engagement. Pictures are amazing and Monica and her team were so awesome at our wedding and it was a huge success. Nothing but great feedback on the pictures and her quality of work is stunning. Monica and her team are super nice and lovely people. 1 Star rating for follow up, communication and responsiveness on items on our contract. We just received the last item from our contract today and it's been 1 year & 2 months since our wedding. We constantly had to follow up on material from our contract and we felt like our requests were being ignored or brushed off. We paid money for a service and don't feel like it's our responsibility to remind the business owner the details of our contract and follow up on action items. If we were not so persistent in our follow up,I don't know if all the items on our contract would have been executed. read more

Monica and her crew shot for my 15 year anniversary party. In the weeks coming up to the event we were in contact constantly to discuss the timeline and schedule of the party. At the event, they were shooting everything and everyone. They had great ideas for photos and backdrops, as well poses. The final product came out better than we could've expected. I just had my second photo shoot with Monica and it was again absolutely magical! Monica was literally a savior when I needed to redo pictures for my website. Branding is a very intuitive and creative process and it requires working with a professional who can truly listen and support you throughout the whole process as it evolves as you are working together. It is co-creation. I had taken professional pictures that I felt were not really speaking my truth, but talking to Monica put me at ease that this time I was really being listened to. We had a Skype meeting so she could understand me, my message and my brand and then she came up with different ideas in terms of locations, outfits, looks and props for the shoot. When we met on Skype again and she shared her ideas with me, I felt so confident knowing that she really heard me and understood what my work is all about. The day of the photo shoot I was disturbed by an accident my mom was involved with. The time with Monica turned out to be so very healing! Before I say anything else.... just hire Monica Linda. That's all, just do it! I saw Monica's work on another entrepreneurs Facebook feed and loved the images. I contacted Monica for some business photos and she was not only professional, but very down to earth. She listened to my ideas and really understood the look I was going for. Prior to our photoshoot, she gave me outfit ideas through Pinterest and scouted out shoot locations. The day of the shoot was fantastic. I arrived at the salon for hair and makeup which made me feel like a star. Monica is extremely caring and considerate. While I was getting dolled up, she asked if i'd eaten lunch, and since I hadn't she went to a local restaurant and picked up lunch! I mean come on, who does that!? Next she helped me load my million outfits, shoes and accessories into her truck and off we went to the first location. When I walked into this lounge I was beyond thrilled because Monica found the perfect location, even better than I envisioned. The second and third locations were just as great and she kept us on schedule the whole day. This helped ensure some great sunset pictures at the third location that are outstanding. Throughout the whole day Monica made me feel very comfortable which allowed me to project the best vibe possible in my pictures. A couple weeks later, as promised, Monica sent me my images and I was pleased. Next thing I know she sent me an email saying SHE wasn't satisfied with them (they were slightly dark) and she wanted to fix them. This made me feel so valued as a client that she wanted the images to be perfect for me. She quickly adjusted the images and sent them again and they are truly wonderful. I'm completely satisfied with not only the images, but the incredible work ethic and professionalism of Monica.
