I called Dr. Beasley's office and told them about the issue I was experiencing, they scheduled me an appointment that next day! The clinic was so nice, clean and well organized - I was so impressed! I was even more impressed with the service I received from the receptionist, dental assistant and especially Dr. Justin Beasley. In January, I had a dental implant Fail (implant screw broke). I recently changed dentists to be…read morecloser to my residence. My current dentist advised me I should go back to Dr. Pitt to perform the repair. My current dentist indicated this repair should be performed AT LITTLE OR NO COST. This was not the case! Dr. Pitt removed the broken screw, re-cemented the implant and removed much of the porcelain on the upper part of the crown so it would fit properly. His office manager indicated, because I no-longer was Dr. Pitts patient, I would be charged $774 for this procedure and it was unlikely my dental carrier (Delta Dental) would reimburse them for any of the procedure and if they did, they would credit back to me their reimbursement. Delta did pay Dr. Pitts office $214 for the procedure. It has been almost 2 months now and I have yet to be credited by Dr. Pitts office. I contacted his office a few days ago to ask why. They indicated the office manager was not in the office that day and they indicated the manager would contact me the following Monday. THEY DID NOT CONTACT ME. I drove to the office to meet with them and they indicated a reimbursement credit for around $175 was processed today. I asked them why they didn't submit to me the entire $214 Delta submitted to them? Their explanation did meet with my approval and now, to make things worse, all the enamel is starting to fall off the crown! It is quite obvious this office cares little about its past (maybe even their present) patients. It appears, all they are doing is providing their services, WITH NO GUARANTEE, in search of the almighty dollar! As a result, I will no-longer recommend, to any of my friends, the services of Dr. Pitt or his staff.

I ended up deciding to do Invisalign first (which I hadn't even considered) and I'm really excited about my treatment plan. Obviously, this solution is going to require more time and money in the big picture, and that's fine. When there was as an anomaly on the temporary denture the doctor and the Lab Man fixed it. Dr McIntire was patient and exacting to ensure the best result. What else,? my ride who was waiting for me heard a mother lambast the staff for not doing a dental procedure on her son, who was non compliant with pre-op instructions. My goodness, in the back while I was in recovery, the staff was professional and only spoke of the incident in a manner meant to allay future occurrences. No mention of the fact that this office was more concerned about the health of the mother's son than the mother herself. Rampant incompetence! Poor hygiene!…read more Incompetent techs are allowed to attempt complex procedures that they obviously have little or no training to complete correctly or safely. In regards to partial dentures: They've performed 3D scans three times with each procedure taking almost an hour. Not normal. I've had this same procedure completed at other dentists in the past and it only took about 5-15 minutes. Physical impressions have been done three times and each time it has been done incorrectly resulting in dental appliances that don't fit correctly. Handled me very roughly resulting in a cut in the corner of my mouth caused by using impression trays that were much too large for my mouth. The last time I had impressions done after another ill-fitting appliance the material for preliminary impressions was all over my shirt, the dental chair, the floor, etc. Just an unprofessional mess. I watched techs leave the room wearing gloves that they had on while working on me and return to the room wearing the same gloves without changing them. It was obvious they hadn't changed because they still had the material used for making impressions on them. Also the techs argued amongst themselves about the correct method and material to use for the impressions. One of the techs was so rough that the side of my mouth was split, resulting in an injury that took almost three weeks to heal. This visit on 10/27/2025 was over two hours. On (11/13/2025), once again, they texted me asking me to come in for more scans and impressions requested by the lab. I declined to do so. They also had me sign something that said the partials were acceptable the last time I was there on 10/7/2025 and assured me that the next set would be correct. I shouldn't have signed but was pressured by a tech. Also a simple filling was poorly done. There were chunks of composite material that were not smoothed and numerous times during the filling procedure I choked on whatever they were using. I will not be going back to that office for any procedures. I've also requested my dental records and that request was ignored. I will be filing a formal complaint to the Oklahoma Dental Association and may pursue litigation.
