After searching around for a good dentist to fix my tooth, Dr. Beasley was recommended to me by a co-worker. I called Dr. Beasley's office and told them about the issue I was experiencing, they scheduled me an appointment that next day! The clinic was so nice, clean and well organized - I was so impressed! I was even more impressed with the service I received from the receptionist, dental assistant and especially Dr. Justin Beasley. He is so pleasant to speak with, he definitely calmed me down about my situation. He examined my tooth then got to work - about 30 minutes later my tooth was fixed and the pain was gone! In January, I had a dental implant Fail (implant screw broke). I recently changed dentists to be…read morecloser to my residence. My current dentist advised me I should go back to Dr. Pitt to perform the repair. My current dentist indicated this repair should be performed AT LITTLE OR NO COST. This was not the case! Dr. Pitt removed the broken screw, re-cemented the implant and removed much of the porcelain on the upper part of the crown so it would fit properly. His office manager indicated, because I no-longer was Dr. Pitts patient, I would be charged $774 for this procedure and it was unlikely my dental carrier (Delta Dental) would reimburse them for any of the procedure and if they did, they would credit back to me their reimbursement. Delta did pay Dr. Pitts office $214 for the procedure. It has been almost 2 months now and I have yet to be credited by Dr. Pitts office. I contacted his office a few days ago to ask why. They indicated the office manager was not in the office that day and they indicated the manager would contact me the following Monday. THEY DID NOT CONTACT ME. I drove to the office to meet with them and they indicated a reimbursement credit for around $175 was processed today. I asked them why they didn't submit to me the entire $214 Delta submitted to them? Their explanation did meet with my approval and now, to make things worse, all the enamel is starting to fall off the crown! It is quite obvious this office cares little about its past (maybe even their present) patients. It appears, all they are doing is providing their services, WITH NO GUARANTEE, in search of the almighty dollar! As a result, I will no-longer recommend, to any of my friends, the services of Dr. Pitt or his staff.

I ended up deciding to do Invisalign first (which I hadn't even considered) and I'm really excited about my treatment plan. Obviously, this solution is going to require more time and money in the big picture, and that's fine. When there was as an anomaly on the temporary denture the doctor and the Lab Man fixed it. Dr McIntire was patient and exacting to ensure the best result. What else,? my ride who was waiting for me heard a mother lambast the staff for not doing a dental procedure on her son, who was non compliant with pre-op instructions. My goodness, in the back while I was in recovery, the staff was professional and only spoke of the incident in a manner meant to allay future occurrences. No mention of the fact that this office was more concerned about the health of the mother's son than the mother herself.
