Asked today for it to be completely smoothed out and they refused to do it. They said it had to be rough so the plate had suction and would stay put. I've NEVER had any problem with ANY of my previous dentures staying put, and I've NEVER had a rough denture before this set. I'm supposed to put up with pain??? Dr Karim and her dental assistant were amazing. Checked in with me to make sure I was alright, super transparent about what's about to happen, what needs to happen, and what was going on.
