Since then the place kept going up and down in quality of care, and finally took a serious dive. Now it's awful. The help is unqualified, communication between caregivers and administration is non-existent. They claim memory care - they have no clue. They warehouse the more advanced cases. It seems all the actions are aimed at making it convenient for the facility not for the residents. They lose and destroy residents' clothing and belongings. Just awful.

After receiving an email reminder the day before, Alondra arrived on time and took care to prepare a sterile area, even covering her shoes before coming in. She took the time to find a good vein and even helped ensure successful access by applying a heating pad to my arm. The draw was quick and she was able to pull multiple tubes. I still got faint but that was ok because I was comfortable on my couch and her comforting demeanor ensured I felt better quickly. She has all the equipment needed to prep the samples before bringing them to the lab and the whole process took less than 20 minutes including the vein quest and vasovagal recovery! Then in early 2024, I needed hip replacement surgery. My wife has dementia, so I hired CFTH to take care of my wife, expecting to be able to come back home after 4 days in a skilled nursing facility. I had major setbacks and spent 2 full months in the hospital. Thankfully, I returned home to a wife that had been extraordinarily well cared for during my unexpected absence. In addition, Right At Home does not guarantee coverage when caregivers are unable to be at work. Parents receiving caregiving have been left without caregiver support. Most recently caregiver arrived with cold symptoms with no screening by the agency and had to be sent home. Concerns brought to the management of Right at Home were dismissive. I would not recommend using Right At Home.
