We overlooked it as the owner would still come with them about every other time and things went well when she was there and the rate was good. However, the last time they were there they left the house and completely left our back door completely wide open and our cat got out. This was a huge oversight, and when I reached out to the owner about it she responded by saying that her husband said we would just leave our back door like that, so it was on us. Unfortunately, we couldn't move forward with using them regardless of how thorough she had been because when her husband was here he wasn't thorough and lost our cat (luckily we found her later that night), and he also didn't even respect us enough to own up to something he did or apologize, so we didn't feel comfortable having him in our home again.

Booking process online was seamless and I appreciated being able to add-on services like oven cleaning. They arrived within 10 minutes of the arrival window ready to go. I told them they could more or less ignore the furniture and focus on the apartment itself. They were very kind the whole way through. They were extremely thorough, even getting to places previous cleaners did not like under the bed. They nicely packed items thrown around in bags for me to sort through which I really appreciate. When finished with each area they asked if I wanted to check the area first for anything missed, another thing I appreciated. They offered to take out trash bags at the end but I told them they did enough and sent them on their way :) They are definitely worth booking and are extremely thorough! I've had multiple crew members in my home: Karla, Adriana, Adela, and Hazel. Every single one did a fantastic job. I didn't have to ask them to go back over anything and I'm picky. I speak Spanish but I think language is not an issue because they have a strict checklist and I'm certain they would just call the supervisor for help if you're struggling to communicate something. Both times a newer employee cleaned, a supervisor came at the end to check their work. The company handles payroll, etc. for these cleaners who are their employees, all above board, and they have a good online system. Only issue I had was with scheduling confirmation and they apologized profusely and fixed the issue. A+++++, 10/10, 100% worth it. I don't do a lot of reviews but I am mainly doing this because if you mention their employees by name in a review, they get a little $.
