She not only gets the big things clean but she takes care of all sorts of little details that really make a huge difference! For example, she dusted out our bedroom fan last time she was here which was a really nice touch and good for my allergies too! Our furniture has never been more dust free and I no longer worry about the bathroom when friends pop by in the evening. Other major postives include: - She is dog friendly and was more than willing to earn our mutt's trust so that the dog could hang out inside while Allice was cleaning. - She accepts payment via PayPal which is nice and simple. - We don't end up pre-cleaning much (if at all) before she comes. So I paid 1/3 less to make the house bright and clean again like I first move. Furthermore, Allice can help to erase all of the paintings that my little kid used to create. I've had multiple crew members in my home: Karla, Adriana, Adela, and Hazel. Every single one did a fantastic job. I didn't have to ask them to go back over anything and I'm picky. I speak Spanish but I think language is not an issue because they have a strict checklist and I'm certain they would just call the supervisor for help if you're struggling to communicate something. Both times a newer employee cleaned, a supervisor came at the end to check their work. The company handles payroll, etc. for these cleaners who are their employees, all above board, and they have a good online system. Only issue I had was with scheduling confirmation and they apologized profusely and fixed the issue. A+++++, 10/10, 100% worth it. I don't do a lot of reviews but I am mainly doing this because if you mention their employees by name in a review, they get a little $.

I really only was asking to clean grates under fridge so I assumed "deep clean" I had asked not to clean inside of fridge. We eventually agreed to $300 and i had asked for two visits due to chronic health issue And More than two hours is too taxing for me. this was also forgotten when 2nd visit was Requested to finish. This price was still Utterly ridiculous but I wanted to support a small business during hard times in the world. I texted again To be sure it was crystal clear about chemical sensitivities and My inability to handle smells and offered my own products which was declined. I was given the names of products to be used. Yes i have ended up in the ER in past bc of chemical scents, Apparently this company does not understand that and also lies about being "green." I was very specific in consultation which was all forgotten . Bait and switch. I paid $250 for a small kitchen and tiny bathroom deep clean for two hours of work. We were to schedule the small bedroom and living room at the next visit for the remaining fee. I had asked to not pull out stove and to not clean fridge. It was about 170 sq feet yet so ridiculously overpriced. I had also been hobbling with a cane but had to re-shelve my bathroom shelves myself. I also had bought storage containers for what Dida called my knick knacks These were jars of herbs and bathroom toiletries. When it was time for The following appt (as i wanted it done in two separate meetings) the quote then was raised to $400!! the hassle of agreeing upon $300 for entire apt was quickly forgotten. I had then reached my limit and complained. This was justified (lied) as 6 hours of work yet they were here for less than two! My neighbor downstairs can verify the two hours, they would have had him as a client had they been honest. he was waiting on me to see if they were honest, and reputable. The quote was shocking and the arrival with toxic products was beyond appalling . Oven cleaner, comet, regular bleach, pine sol etc...Nothing at all green here. I asked at the time and didnt understand the reply, something about not being able to find parking. (My downstairs neighbor gave the driveway , yet Dida's helper arrived later with her own car and brought the cleaning agents. Its either taking advantage of someone with a mobility issue bc they live in SF (and the classic rip off San Franciscans even if not affluent) or just really shady unethical business practices. I gave Dida several chances but she justified with lies and excuses. She then went on to insult me when I confronted the shady lack of ethics.

She did so much, and she did it all with care and meticulousness. I was home during this time, since I was nursing an injury, and I noticed that Suedes had a positive attitude throughout the entire job. I felt comfortable knowing that someone so kind was the person I had entrusted to have access to my studio apartment. Given everything done, as well as the trust I feel I can place in Suedes, I find the price to have been very reasonable.
