You could even taste bits of fresh ginger along with the fresh chilies. Very tasty! Chicken 65 was similar only by the chunks of chicken battered and fried. Then it was tossed in a yoghurt based sauce with robust slices, chilies and fresh curry leaves. The Apollo fish was nearly identical to the Chicken 65 but with Cod fish chunks. The flavors were so good I didn't mind the repeat!! The Masala lamb chops were marinated with great flavor and then grilled to perfection. A slight char on the outside but tender and packed with flavor. I also ordered a garlic naan and tandoori roti and thankfully they were freshly prepared in a tandoor oven and not packaged like some Indian take out places in the UK.
