Dave and the crew at Monkey Tree Service did an excellent job of removing 7 large trees within a day and were impressive not only in their skill and precision at removing some of the trees with difficult access, but also in the way they cleaned up the yard and left everything impeccable when they left. They arrived promptly in the morning, were extremely pleasant to deal with and had all their own equipment, so they were able to grind the stumps before they left. The crew seemed very accustomed to working with each other, so they were incredibly well coordinated and synchronized, with each person knowing exactly what to do to perform their part of the job to perfection. Last night, a heavy storm knocked down one branch from a big tree at the side of our house. I called Monkey Tree Service at 8:50 pm. I was shocked a live person picking up my call at this time, this company were very responsive, just as their site said, they work 24/7. After a brief explanation, I was told to send some pictures of the damaged tree and area, which I did. The estimate was coming very quickly and very reasonable, the shock #2. I asked that when they could do the tree removal job, if they could do it next day- Saturday . The answer was Yes. it was a shock #3 to me. On Saturday at noon, I saw that they came with two huge very professional trucks. They spent next 1 and half hours to cut the tree stems and tree stumps; to put the everything (tree, stems, stumps and leaves) in their truck, to treat/blacken the tree body where the branch fell. to remove debris, to clean the back yard and front yard, and street. Two workers were phenomenal. What Monkey Tree Service provided were unbelievable prices, and top-notch work, excellent services. I have been dealing with an unethical, fraudulent, deceitful, take money and run company currently, it should learn how to run a company from Monkey Tree Service: making your clients happy is the number one key to a successful company. Awesome job, lowest bid of all and managed to remove 4 large trees in a single day with no damage to the yard. The storm had damaged some limbs significantly and they came out in 2 day to remove all dangers stuff. Also chopped the tree up and left the wood mulch for us to use (for no charge). Cut up little wood benches from the good part of the tree for us to use as firewood/sitting logs. Overall- excellent service, professional, timely, super pricing and excellent response time. Good price but you get what you pay for. Many half done areas and did not replace moved items when finished. Limbed up 1 tree only on 1 side leaving a unbalanced tree hanging over neighbors yard and refused to correct when pointed out. Gave very high price for a little extra work / small tree clean up when on site. Would have rather dealt with a better company. read more

AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING! I've never seen such an efficient and professional group of guys. All 8 worked together to take down 10 trees (including 2 very large pines) that were between my house and the neighbor's. Even though each of them seemed to have their individual tasks, they were constantly communicating and helping each other when needed. Watching the whole process was like watching an intricate dance. The minute they arrived, they stabilized the crane truck, making sure it was level and able to handle the very long crane and heavy trees they were about to take down. They started with one of the big pines, which they took down in just two cuts! The climber was hoisted to the top with the crane hook, where he latched on to the tree and wrapped the crane straps around the trunk and then worked his way down and cut it in half. The crane operator then lifted the top of the tree out from between the houses and into the road, where it was guided into a Bobcat bucket for stability and lowered to the ground. The guys with chainsaws immediately jumped in and cut off branches, and measured and cut the larger trunks for milling. The Bobcat operator grabbed the logs, dropped them in a truck, and then came back to grab a bunch of branches and feed them into the chipper. This whole process happened within a matter of minutes! While waiting for the next tree to be cut, the crew cleared the road and lawn of debris. The smaller, but still very large trees they took down in one cut. Everyone worked with speed and precision, cutting down and processing all 10 trees in less than an hour and a half. I have to say that swinging those trees from between the houses and out into the road made me a bit nervous, but the skill of the crane operator helped alleviate much of my anxiety. If you're looking to get trees taken down, THIS IS DEFINITELY THE COMPANY TO HIRE!
