I bought spacers and lug nuts for my vehicle and they give the wrong ones and they don't want to exchange them for the right ones

Well where do I begin. It started out great but then came my lug nuts. When we asked about our wheel lock and lugs they didn't know what we meant. Also they repeatedly said they don't speak English which wasn't helpful **after a customer said oh they were speaking english fine with me. Back to the wheel lock when confronted the owner replied "Oh I wasn't there" "Ask those guys in the back" they took awhile to find the wheel lock and lugs. When we found one lug stripped because they used the socket on it. A simple -sorry we can replace it- would have suffice but no the owner was ignorant and refused to even be helpful. THIS IS A WARNING FOR ANYONE IN THE MARKET FOR RIM TIRES AND ESPECIALLY A LIFT !! These people should Not be in business. They advertise product with a price just to lure you in , when you get there the price is a lot more and they don't or can't get you what you want . I paid 2600 for rims and tires I didn't even want but the ones I wanted that they advertised they said they couldn't get them . I had wasted so much time already I gave the benefit of the double . Not even 3 months I hit a pothole in the new freeway on the 10 and my passenger rear rim cracked and lost all its air . I made it back to monkey tire and they did absolutely nothing for me but over charge me for another rim and tire , I ordered it and paid for it on March 13th and barely got it today and the owner refused to install it because they closed at 7pm but I had already been there over an hour , So I said I would take it somewhere else and he personally carried a 24 x12in rim to my truck and set it on the parking lot floor and walked back inside . I drove just down the street and paid Tucson tires and rims 30 dollars to install my rim and tire in less than 20 minutes . This business does not care about the customer and they display product they cannot get or won't get because the cant profit enough on it . Monkey Llanthera is just your average dirty tire shop , they are not set up for installing lifts and the mechanic had harbor freight tools , (if thAt doesn't raise a red flag ) I always try and support my local mom and pop small businesses but this one is not worth the time the money or the risk in there installs . I wish I knew the owners name but he is very unprofessional and has no business sense . If you people at monkey read this wake up and reevaluate your business motto . Do not come here! The workers are very rude and unprofessional. I had payed for certain tires, yet, received tires that I could have payed half of what they wanted to charge! To make matters worse they didn't even tell me they installed other tires they thought I wouldn't notice and upon asking them why I received tires I didn't ask for their response was, "we only have three of the tires you wanted" then why wasn't I told that when I payed for those specific tires? Horrible customer Service!! Stay away!! They have great prices.. "if they actually honor their advertised prices" I purchased a new set of tires and they told me I would need to lift my Jeep in order for them to fit, so I agreed to paying another $600 for a 3" lift all around. Unfortunately they put a 2" in front and a 3" in the back, problem #1. Problem #2 they were closing (after I been there for 3 hours) and told me they couldn't fit the rims to my Jeep and I would need adapters, so I said ok I'll order them and come back once they get delivered, they brought my Jeep back up front with no tires and no rims inside. I asked where my stuff was, they said it would not fit, but they mounted the tires and have them in the back and to come back tomorrow. I was skeptical about leaving my Rims and new tires there but the guy said it would be locked up. The next day I go back up there, No one knows what I'm talking about, don't know where my rims and tires are, and no one speaks English now!!??? So I start looking around the back find my rims with NO tires, they start asking me for my receipt, which I had, and acted like they didn't know what was going on still. There were about 4 guys back there, 3 struggling to mount a tire for another customer and 1 who actually knew what he was doing. The guy who actually knew what he was doing THANK You for mounting my tires in 20 minutes, I just hope they are balanced. I did get charged for that the day before. Honestly, you're better off going somewhere these people might write reviews themselves because they're a JOKE!! I bought tires in December and they were defective they didn't even want to send them to warranty ( specially the manager MARIO) and when we kept insisting he finally agreed we took all 4 tires back and we called every week for MARIO to tell us he can't do nothing and doesn't know anything about them after about 3 weeks I called the warehouse myself and they said the warranty doesn't take more than two weeks but I still waited one more week and contacted a different employee they said the tires were there already a while ago (mind you they didn't even send them to warranty) We live up on the mountain we brought them back MUDDY when I asked for a picture of the tires that the warehouse had sent back they were still as muddy as we brought them!!! I have to travel 4 hours to get to them after they said the tires were there. I made that drive without letting them know. I did a civil standby to see if I could get something resolved but MARIO kept insisting and telling us they were in warranty and the tires they sent me a picture of were a different set I asked them to call the warehouse just so I could confirm the tires were sent out to which they DECLINED! Finally someone else stepped in and helped us out and said he could exchange the tires which we agreed to! While there waiting for the other set another customer walked in and was very kind explaining the same situation we had, to which they responded that they didn't have the tires he wanted so they put different ones and insulted him! Don't fall for this SCAM it's better to pay a bit more and get better tires and not have to deal with them for over a month trying to figure it out! I went there looking for a good deal on a new set of tires for my car. After talking to Claudia at reception, we came to an agreement on the specific tires I wanted and the price. After about 2 hours, I return for my car, and the specific brand of tires I wanted, were not on my car. After questioning why there was a different brand placed, they said the tires I wanted were not in stock and they took it upon themselves to choose another set, without contacting me at all. I told them I did not want these tires and they just laughed in my face and said there was nothing they could do anymore. This whole business is very unprofessional, they do not care at all about the customer. Claudia was extremely rude. At first, I had a great experience talking with Janette over fb messenger on the lift I wanted from Monkey Wheels & Tires. I sent over the link of the lift I wanted. She quoted me and I agreed on the price. I dropped the truck off Saturday morning and picked it up Sunday afternoon! Before I paid for the lift I noticed it wasn't the lift we agreed to put on my truck. The lift I agreed to put on was by rough country with new front and rear shocks and struts. The lift they installed was reusing my stock shock and putting a strut spacer on top of it! After bringing the problem to their attention and showing them proof of the message thread I had with one of their employees proving that they did not install what I wanted. They refused to make it right and did not care about what the original conversation was with Janette about the specific lift I wanted them to install. They said I should've been more informative on what I wanted. I don't know how much more clear I could be when I showed the shop the picture of the lift kit I wanted as I dropped of the truck along with the message thread that is very detailed on the type of lift I wanted. My boyfriend went inside to purchase a new tire for my vehicle they told him they had it and to pull around the back while . My boyfriend drives a very large Chevy GMC, we pulled up to the back and the guys could not have worse customer service or be any ruder with their cold stares and irritated looks .. they told us his truck was to big to stay back there to pull around the front and someone would be out with the new tire on my old rim. After waiting for at least 15 mins a woman comes out to tell us they didn't have the right size tire that we purchased already and to try a smaller less wide tire that they did have .. I agreed but the bottom line is I felt like We were mistreated . The man who brought out my tire was very kind smiling and apologized for the inconvenience which I do appreciate but while he was doing so the worker stood glaring at us from the windows which really bothered me I don't know why they needed to do that.
