Ladies BEWARE!!!! This shop will tell you that you need repairs you dont really need. I went in to get a tire. I also needed a front end alignment. He took my car for a test drive and when he came back he said he could do it but i needed struts first. Labor for that is $180. I might be female but Im not stupid. Little did he know my boyfriend just put new struts on a couple weeks ago. I left and drove to my favorite auto repair shop "Camelback Automotive". They did my front end alignment and reassured me that my struts were just fine. I HATE repair shops that take advantage of women and this is one of them. Go somewhere else!!!!! I stopped by after calling yesterday, to have an alignment done on my 2007 Saturn, with 74k original miles. It had been driving perfectly, but I noticed tire wear on the passengers side was uneven. They took it for a test drive, removed the driver's side rim, and the young mechanic begins saying "oh, no, no." He has barely removed the rim at this point. Never did he move the rotor to check for lateral play, before stating, "your control arm bushings are shot, and tie rods need replaced". As a mechanic by trade, it was obvious, they were either looking to make a minor adjustment into a front end rebuild, or they just did not want to do the work. read more

Needed four used, good condition tires for a month or so until I could get four uniform new ones. They stated they didn't have four matching, but did have four mismatching brand-wise, but equal in condition, and all the right size (225/60R18). Drove off after they were put on without issue. After a few days, noticed rapid degredation in right-direction turning, and upon inspection, one of the front tires was the wrong size - was 235/60R18 instead of 225. So now my axle is in far worse shape thanks to this shop putting the wrong size tire on, which costs money to replace. Will not return here. read more

We had a tire emergency while vacationing in El Mirage, AZ. Our RV Park had mentioned El Mirage Tire on Grand. We should have done research before visiting this establishment because it turned out to be a very costly mistake. The shop is not set-up for high end vehicles or expensive rims. 4 1/2 hours over 2 separate days we finally did get 4 new tires but he scratched two of our rims so badly they will have to be replaced at a cost of $900 per. Of course we returned the next day to pick up the chrome value stem he did not replace and mentioned the scratches. I'm sure you can see where this is going. My heart is broken, my rims were perfect before going to this establishment. read more

Have used this place for years but yesterday went in to get 4 tires on the trailer. Older guy in shop fast and knows what he is doing, young kid broke 1 stud and stripped another putting on trailer. I watched him do it, when he told me it was stripped and that why it broke off I told him I watched him do the impact for minutes until it snapped, then the girl in the office argued saying it was my fault. Unless you want damage to your property and not admitting when they mess up save your send trouble don't go here. read more

had 2 experience here only because I heard from a family friend. the first one they rotated my tires didn't tell me my lugnuts were messed up . I had my husband check them when I got home . had to go somewhere else that same day to fix my tired and they told me about my lug nuts without me bringing it up . second time , me and my brother went to get a new set of tired not even 0.2 miles away the brand new tire popped , just save your money and go somewhere else read more

WARNING.......DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I took my new wheels here to have them mounted, balanced, and to install wheel spacers. They said they could do it and promised that they would not scratch the wheels. About 30 mins after I dropped my car off, they called to say that they cannot mount the wheel spacers because the spacers didn't seat properly. I brought the car home and mounted the spacers myself with no fitment issues. When I removed the wheels to install the spacers, the lug nuts were way over torqued, which could have caused damage to the wheels, studs, hubs, etc. I had to use a 6 foot breaker bar to break the lug nuts free as they were not torqued to proper specs. Lastly, they scratched one of the wheels and did not tell me and I found it and had to bring it up. They were only willing to deduct $20.00 off my bill to go towards fixing the wheels, which isn't close to what it would cost to fix the scratch. When asked to speak to the manager, I was told he was not available. I asked for his phone number and was given the wrong number. read more
