Once you're on a payment plan, the quality of service drops fast. When I ran into financial issues and needed to delay a payment by just a few days, I was met with terrible customer service and zero understanding. Instead of working with me, they resorted to harassment, showing up at my job, contacting my landlord, and even calling my personal references. That kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. The staff, especially Tino and Frank, were extremely rude and disrespectful. Tino made threatening and harassing comments, and Frank was mouthy, dismissive, and out of line when I tried to call and work out a solution. It's clear they don't care about their customers once the sale is made. I work hard for my money and take care of my bills. Instead of doing a simple job, they deliberately scratched and damaged two of his rims. These weren't small marks -- they were obvious and intentional. When he called them , they refused to take any responsibility. First, they said they "will cover damages." The next day? "We have to talk to the owner." Nothing but lies, deflection, and zero accountability. The staff is beyond unprofessional -- rude, disrespectful, and careless. My boyfriend takes pride in his truck keeping it SPOTLESS 24.7 and this was a slap in the face. This shop is dishonest, shady, and has no business handling anyone's vehicle. When getting the tire serviced the tire shop informed me that the tire was fine and that air was leaking from the rim. How was that possible I know I didn't Crack my rim. They stated that the rims were 2 piece rims and the bots holding them together a good amount were missing. First, they never told me they were 2 piece rims and had to be maintained and torque down. So, I brought the wheel to them explained what happened and could not explain how so many came loose, why they never mentioned they were 2 piece rims, and offered no solutions. They didn't replace the bolts, basically blamed me for what happened, took air out the tire to inspect and gave it back to me flat and missing the valve stem. I kept the rims because they are chrome and look nice on my truck but could have been easily avoided with communication if I had known I would have maintained them from the beginning. And offering nothing of a resolution or help other than where to buy new bolts.

On the day they messed up the tire he admitted it was just fault. came back the next day to work out a solution because i wanted the same tire as the other 3 which is the 500$ tire and he decided to blame me saying the tire was already damaged but i drove it all the way from goodyear to them with 0 issues and tire wasn't damaged at all. Car has less than 200 Miles. He then threatened to knock me out. Cops got involved then shop proceeds to lie to the officer saying the car tire was already damaged and leaking before i arrived to the shop. Shady and bad business. Look at the picture below and you can quite literally see the cut imprint from the tire machine ‍
