I especially loved the sensory toy shelves. Price points were about what I expected. Some smaller items for $3-$6, like mystery squishes and sensory toys. A lot of what we looked at was closer to the $8-$15 range, but there is plenty of $20+ items, with some large pieces that were more like $50. So I think you can find something for most budgets, albeit small things on the lower end. The staff we spoke to were efficient and friendly, and check out was a breeze! They do gift wrap at the counter, too, which is fantastic for buying gifts! I'm not sure if that's complimentary or not, though. Also nice for littles and grown ups of--there's a public bathroom with a changing table in case you need it! We easily spent half an hour exploring and walked out with two small toys for less than $10. Happy to support this local shop! It's well worth a visit next time you're on Mass Ave.

The lady that worked in there checked on us to see if we needed anything and was nice. They had some books as well but he was 4 and not really interested in them.

This trip, I was looking for a few new pieces to refresh my home after removing my Christmas decoration and taking back to storage. My main reason for running around in this bitter cold is to add more greenery, maybe some new artwork (looking for botanicals), and maybe some new throw pillows for additional accent colors. The prices are reasonable, so I can afford to replace smaller accent items when I tire of them. I only picked up two new candles and 3 packages of candle melts today, but I took pictures of several items I could use. The items change often, so I need to pop back in soon after they restock with new items. They had so many crafts and activities for those kids that weren't all the way engaged and wanting to play for long bursts of time. They were accomodating to all kids and my son really loved it. My son recently got into My Hero Academia, Demon Slayer, and peaked interest playing Dungeons & Dragons. The selection of merchandise is fairly priced and they have such a wide variety. But the best part is the staff. They're so accomodating, flexible, not condescending or arrogant. They're understanding and break things down for you while remaining honest and not trying to upsell you. We recently went to an Adventure League for D&D on Wednesday nights at Saltire games and had a blast. The gentleman, Gregory, who ran it was very knowledgeable and helped me and my 11 year old as it was our first time playing D&D. Everyone in the group was kind, appropriate, and helpful. It was really a wonderful experience. I'm thankful that Satire hosts these game nights so I can grow closer with my kiddo while learning something new and fostering his imagination.

We live far away but we made a point to plan ahead and arrived with 10 minutes to spare before closing, knowing we would need to be quick. There was lots i was interested in. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were immediately met with a curt response and told, "just so you know, we close in 10 minutes." After driving a long distance specifically for your store this was disappointing and unwelcoming. We completely understand and respect closing times and would never expect to stay past them or hold up staff. However, the tone of the interaction made us feel like an inconvenience rather than guests. Because of this experience, we won't be returning. I hope you take this feedback into consideration for future customers. We will just order online.
