Considering how highly priced many of the items in this store are, I find it unacceptable that a customer can spend their money there, discover there is a serious issue with the authenticity of the merchandise, and then be left with no resolution. At this point, I will be disputing the charge with my bank. The entire situation has been handled very unprofessionally, and based on my experience, I would strongly recommend verifying the authenticity of anything you purchase here before spending your money.

I do see other reviewers here saying that the staff have been rude, but I've never had that experience. The store is well laid out and the selection's always up to date and organized. The staff usually are willing to offer me recommendations. I'm a middle-aged guy and don't really keep up on comic book news. So I appreciate when I can just ask, "What's good right now?" and have them suggest some books for me.
