The service writer is interested in maximum profit and will rearrange the schedule accordingly.. He is not a man of his word..I do not trust him and will never go there again. I told him I had someone on their way to pick me up since it was going to take about two hours. He double-checked my number, and I was told they'd call if they needed anything. I waited in the lobby for about 20 minutes until my ride got there. At no point during my wait was I asked to leave a wheel lock key, and since they're a tire shop, I initially assumed they'd have a universal key or tools for common vehicles like mine. I later realized that wheel lock keys aren't universal -- they're specific to each car or lock set -- so I take responsibility in that regard. That said, no one asked for it at drop-off, and that lack of communication definitely played a role in the issue. My original appointment was for Friday at 11am, but I rescheduled it on Wednesday to a later time. I let them know I was available any time after 3pm, and they suggested 4:30. A little after I got home, I received a call saying they couldn't find the wheel lock key after checking "all the places it usually is." I told them it would be either in the passenger side door, or in the pocket behind the back passenger seat. I received a second call not long after, stating they still couldn't locate it. When I returned, the employee handed me my keys. I opened the passenger side door and found the lock key within 20 seconds -- exactly where I had said to look. Again, I would've had no issue grabbing it before leaving, but this was my first time replacing all four tires, so it completely slipped my mind, and I expect to be told if I needed to present something -- especially in the confirmation email after scheduling the appointment. I understand that oversights happen, and again, I could've asked more questions up front. But claiming they searched twice, only for me to find it instantly, with the areas looking completely untouched? It just felt like pure laziness -- especially given how much I was about to spend and that I'm almost positive I should've been asked for the key before I left . That level of care just isn't acceptable. I won't be returning.

My husband was advised to return the next morning to get the job completed. At 9:00 am on 12/20/2025 they could not bring him in immediately due to an unfinished job from the day before, which led to a six-hour total waiting time to job completion. On 12/19/2025, my Husband was quoted one price, which he agreed was reasonable. On 12/20/2025, he was NOT informed the price would more than doubled before the work began. He was led to believe the price quoted was what he would pay, and if he had been informed before work began, he would have turned the service down. This was infuriating as hell to him, because his only recourse to getting our vehicle returned was to pay the astronomical fee he was billed, and not the lesser amount he was quoted. Needless to say, we will never return to this business, nor will we recommend it or give it a good review. As my husband and I currently feel robbed and deceived by R&M Auto.
