The service writer is interested in maximum profit and will rearrange the schedule accordingly.. He is not a man of his word..I do not trust him and will never go there again. Then the noise persisted and they still charged me over 500, and their mechanic told me the noise will go away with time and it was the spindle that should have been replaced.
