I pulled in when it was my turn, and the service tech could not have been nicer. He explained everything and I chose the most expensive synthetic oil and I had a $10.00 coupon. When they finished I asked if my tires were checked for air and he asked another guy working and he said yes they did. I explained my pressure light was still on and he said it may take a few minutes. I left and went to get gas and decided to check my tires, and no they did not add air! The back tire was very low and would not have happened in less than a five minute drive down the road to Shell. I really wanted to give them four stars for service and friendly staff but I specifically asked if they would check the tires when I pulled in because of my warning light. With multiple employees working on the car it should not have been missed- and it's on their checklist of things to do when you get an oil change!

On my first visit (in 2014) I purchased two new tires that I was very happy with. I returned recently (August of 2015) for two more tires. I was able to book an appointment online, with an exact price quote on tires and installation. When I arrived at the store, my Service Advisor, Derick, was extremely helpful and answered many questions I had. He offered suggestions without pressuring me to purchase anything I did not need (or want). His service was fantastic. I left very satisfied, and now I have a full set of new tires on my car. Staff was great at accommodating the special circumstances (non OEM sized tire and aftermarket wheels). Tires were perfectly mounted, balanced and new TPMS sensors programmed correctly. Both vehicles received oil changes and basic service as well as Front end work on the Toyota that was missed diagnosed by every other shop in town and a suggestion for the Van that helped mitigate some of the more sever issues I was having with the transmission. All the work I mentioned was done professionally and reasonably priced. The one major con I experienced was with the service manager who on more than 1 occasion was rude, dismissive and generally just acted like he didn't care for me it's easy to feel personally victimized when the man snaps at you for calling when he told you to call but then you hear him talk to others on the phone and realize well that's just the way he is. Overall Bayshore ford is a competent and competively priced option and a place to seriously consider if you're having service done in the pennsville area
