They were busy so I ordered two tires and informed Brandon that I would be there for open the next morning. Went back Saturday morning at 7:45, they open at 8am. Brandon was already there working. Pulled up behind car he was working on. Then when that guy left, was asked to pull into spot he was in. Staff began to show up. Other clients began to show up. The staff worked on and finished 3 other cars before completing mine. I was there for over an hour and had to complain to get them to work on my vehicle. I couldn't leave as they had already removed my two tires that needed to be replaced. I truly believe that I was ignored because I am a woman. They were eager to help all the men waiting around, but didn't even acknowledge me. I always pay cash there, I always tip, and I bring 4 vehicles there as needed. My family will not be utilizing this shop anymore. When I asked why my vehicle wasn't being worked on, I was told that the staff were told to do it first. Funny how they did it last and not first. Either the staff doesn't respect management or they don't understand that priority is first come first served...or at least that is how it has been there for the last 15 years that I have gone there.
