Took my newly purchased Carvana new-to-me car for service-Woodbury, NJ location. Car was leaking oil and a belt was squealing. Not only could they get my car in for diagnostics 1st thing the following morning, repairs were diagnosed timely. They worked efficiently with my warranty company. Car was repaired by the next day. They communicated regularly and also gave the vehicle a full work up to look the see if there were any additional repairs needed or recommended. They did not try to up sell me on anything, which I appreciated. And gave the vehicle an all good thumbs up. Rob and Logan were fantastic. Definitely recommend and will bring my car back for any routine maintenance and other maintenance as needed. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Total rip off. Was told 3 months ago I needed brakes but could wait until my next oil change and the rotors would still be good. Was told 3 months later by Phil I now needed rotors which doubled my expected bill. He's either incompetent or a rip off or both. Either way I will never be going to this loser again. read more

This is my go-to place for auto care. The staff are always professional and kind. I've been taking my car to Monro for a little over a year since I needed a quick oil change and the dealership couldn't fit me in. Not only are the prices so much better and the quality of product is just as good, if not better, the staff are able to accommodate my schedule. Another amazing thing is that they don't try to sell you things or claim that you need parts/repairs that you don't need. The team is honest and completely straightforward with the repairs. If your car needs breaks, that's what they will change. If your car may need rotors in a few months, they tell you what to expect and look/listen/feel for in the car. They DON'T say "you need rotors now so we just did them" and you're stuck with a huge bill at the end. They do what you came in for and they charge you what they quoted. IF they notice anything after they've started working, they tell you. They give you options, pricing, and a timeline for the job to be done. Very honest shop. I came in expecting to need a new catalytic converter based on my check engine light. The gentleman was happy to look my car over, read codes, and provide me his opinion. He suggested that my issue was probably not related to the catalytic converter (relief-very expensive) and more likely a couple o2 sensors. Many shops would have taken advantage of the opportunity to sell me a new cat AND o2 sensors. Thank you again for your honesty and transparency. If my engine light clears, I owe you one! read more

I had an appointment at 10:00 this morning. Walked in and there we're no cars in the bay and only one other car in the parking lot. When the manager finally came in he was on the phone and said it would just be a few minutes. And then kept telling me it would just be one more minute for the next hour. At no point did he tell me it would be a long wait. After an hour I finally got fed up and left. As I was driving away he comes up to my car and apologizes saying he's having an emergency at the shop. Does not offer to give me a later time I've now been on hold with corporate for over an hour. I will not be going back to the cherry hill Monroe and if I didn't have a warranty on my tires and brakes there I wouldn't go back at all. read more

First time coming here, walked in the door, the manager looked me up and down and said they were booked. Now, its labor day the parking lot is empty and none of your bays have any cars in them. Both of my experiences here have been great! The mechanics are friendly and helpful in explaining things to me, and also seem honest. Prices are pretty reasonable as well, and they've always finished my car in the time that they estimated to me (I've always made an appt). You can walk across the street to the cherry hill mall in 5 minutes, while they are working on your car. I live in Center City and find them very convenient to get to, without the prices of mechanics in the city. read more

I came In for an oil change, The staff was friendly and professional. Gave me what I needed and nothing I didn't. Even topped off my windshield wiper fluid. Right across from cherry hill mall so I was able to just hang out in there while I waited for my services to be completed. read more

Don't ever go to this shop. They stole the money i had in change in the car. They don't even have security cameras inside to prove you are wrong about them. They know what they are doing when they make you sign a paper saying they are not reponsable for anything lost. This shop is a fraud and I don't know how they will expect customers to come back when you getting robbed. read more

They royally screwed me with my insurance claim. After my car was rear ended, the rear exhaust was pushed forward causing the flex pipe that was installed last year to start leaking gas. Monro in their interest to sale more exhaust system told the claim adjuster that my existing was junk to begin with and needed a new exhaust system. This lead the claim adjuster into refusing to repair for the damage the accident caused. Will cost me about $100 to get a new flex pipe install, but thanks Monro for talking out of your @ss and f-ing me over. read more
