This place just does not LISTEN!!! I came in with an issue and told them exactly what it sounded like and where it was they suggested changing the brakes which didn't fix the problem at all... now I have to pay again for more work elsewhere. To add to that I told the guy I didn't want the extra parts they took off the car but somehow they STILL ended up on my passenger on the floor... DEFINITELY do not recommend I feel duped and unheard they're quick to make suggestions without diagnosing the actual problem based off what you say smh... I won't be back EVER AGAIN.... After sitting 3 hours for a service I really didn't need immediately this place will NEVER GET A DIME IF YOU CAN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE DO EXACTLY THAT!!!! read more

i went to replace one tire because it had a flat and they tried to tell me my car was all wheel drive and that I would have to buy all 4 new tires. my car is a rear drive so I only need to replace one. They tried to scam me off my money. read more

They said they can make a spot. Got inside, within 2mins I had already handed over my keys and sat in the waiting room while they did my oil change. Price was affordable as well. When I went there they tried to sell me a cheap and low quality tire at the PRICE of an EXPENSIVE and high quality. how do I know that because I saw it from the mavis website (USE WEBSITE) So I used website and ordered from website btw I didn't get any discount or deal but still was more cheaper than their price also they lost my 2 tire valves and they try to give me different valves and all the tire pressures were different from each other read more

The mechanic Mike here at the Maple Shade Mavis location are the best around. They take their time to diagnose the problem properly. If the customer can't thoroughly articulate the exact problem the mechanic takes the vehicle on a test drive. I can't believe how knowledgeable and experienced the mechanic (Mike) who worked on my car was. After 3 trips to other locations this mechanic resolved my issue immediately. It wasn't a rushed job nor done half a$$. The manager (Ken) was extremely professional and courteous. He was so apologetic for the lengthy wait (however, I didn't mind the wait.) My 10yr old car feels like a brand new car!! 10/10 Thank you Ken and Mike!!! read more

Caveat Emptor "buyer beware" I had them replace a valve stem, quick and easy then they tried to sell me a repair "stabilizer links front" $338. Took it to my regular mechanic who had recently worked on it and he checked out. Said there was no problem and it was unnecessary repair. read more

I had a very positive experience at mavis. I had a flat tire, pumped it to the max and drove straight there. I was third in line for the morning opening. But all in all, it went smoothly. They weren't able to do a patch. He gave me several options for a replacement tire--didn't just go straight to the most expensive. I appreciated the honesty and transparency. I was in and out sitting about 1.5 hrs. Can't ask for much better. read more

Went to this location to get 2 tires replaced and they replaced one of the tires that needed to be changed, but failed to replace the other one that I requested. So now I still have a tire with a slow leak. My rims on the replaced tires are completely scratched up and the new tires only had 22PSi. won't be going here again. read more

I had metal in my tire on a rainy Friday afternoon. Went to one tire place in town (not Mavis) after calling first and when I arrived was told there were 9 cars in front of me. Not sure why I wasn't told this on the phone. The guy then said, can you come back tomorrow? I was afraid of my tire going flat but seemed I had little choice but to leave there. Called Mavis on Collins Rd and was told there was a wait, but less than an hr. Went there and they actually took me right in. Turns out the nail didn't puncture and they were able to remove it from in the tread w/out incident. And no charge! Great experience read more

We interacted mostly with King, who was really helpful and personable; our shorter interaction with Omar was also good. Long long wait- I think they send out for the tires; the guy working on my car ate lunch at @ 11;00 am while working on the car. Took over 3 hours for brakes and tires- I would have went home and came back. Workmanship good- but customer service blows big time. No apology or anything. Some of the white shirt managers are a couple of lug nuts short to. This excursion for tires started on Monday and the guy at the desk was barely alive- he did not order my tires or return my calls. I think ill go to Pep Boys next time!!!!!! read more

Of course the said that there was about 10 other things that my vehicle needed to get fixed, When I was checking out they tried charging me more than the quoted price. I unexpectedly blew a flat tire on a Sunday morning. Fortunately for me, I happened to be very close to the Mavis Tire's Maple Shade location on Collins Ave when it happened, and I was able to drive my SUV directly there. The other tire shops nearby were all closed, so it was a good thing Mavis was open. They were able to take me in essentially right away . I showed up unannounced but they still serviced me very quickly. I purchased a quality tire at a great price. I paid $130 in total and I was out the door in about 45 minutes. The mechanic was very helpful and was a quick efficient worker. And Stiles, one of the managers, was very courteous and helpful. Mavis got me out of a serious jam and I am highly satisfied with their service. read more

I got my front brakes done and they didn't test out the brakes i drove my truck down the street and my brakes failed i made it home luckily I could of hurt someone or myself or worse i told them about what they towed my truck and fixed it im still a little scared to drive until I get it checked out by a real mechanic i lost a day of work and all they could offer me was a free oil change u have to b kidding me i ask can u take some money off of my bill and they said they couldn't please for ur safety don't go to this place these people r unreal DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!! read more

I had an appointment scheduled at another tire shop in the mall parking lot down the street on Sunday I got there and the manager said none of his workers showed up for work. I called Mavis, they had the same tires in stock and took me right away, 4 tires drone end alignment. They did the job in 2 hours and 50$ less than the other place. read more
