They were called me to explain that the sensor was no problem but a minimum of 2 parts of the AC unit needed replaced, and if we wanted that fixed ever... they'd need to be done no matter what, which was expected. Long story short, they fixed everything and more for a price we felt was very fair based on other estimated we had received. The quote from the dealership for the AC unit was almost triple what we ended up with btw...

The $1200 estimate, for PA inspection mind you, included $408 to replace VALVE COVER GASKETS, plus $580 to replace the upper left control arm. The $580 was based on $442 for the part that I could buy on Ebay...the OEM part... for $40. Buyer beware.

They saw me with 1/2-day's notice & I was diagnosed & in & out within a few hours... turns out I needed new tires (broken belt & uneven wear from pulling trailers, hitting potholes, etc). John in service even called my friend who knows a great deal about cars, to review the diagnosis before doing work & gave me a $40 discount via an online coupon. The waiting area had WiFi, which was great. Their phone charger 'battery' didn't work while I was there, so I had to walk around to find an available outlet to plug in my phone... I found one & had to rest my phone on the trash can, but at least I could charge it. Free coffee which was okay... I don't expect SBucks quality... I'm just glad they offer something, anything. Nervous wreck that I was, I thought I'd left my phone behind & had to drive back... one of the guys kindly came out to my car to help me search for it. He called my phone, it was in my purse. Yeah, I felt like a dumbo, but it was nice they offered help. Love this place. Unfortunately, I don't live in the Pittsburgh area, but if I did, I'd visit Washington Honda. A sales associate told me he would be right with me, but then proceeded to help two other parties before me. I was not in a rush, but I felt ignored as a customer who was ready to purchase a vehicle that day. I could see other associates had no customers , but yet no one else could assist me After waiting for an hour, the associate told me he could not help me and had another representative, Kirk, assist with the test drive. Kirk seemed confused and bothered by the situation, so I had to explain my goals to him. I was only able to test drive one vehicle and was told I could just look at the other parked next to it, which did not help me make my decision. When I asked Kirk for the clear-cut price of the 2026 Honda CR-V EX-L AWD, he insisted on appraising my current vehicle. Although I explained that I was undecided on a trade-in and simply wanted the vehicle price, he became pushy and demanding and said rudely what difference does it make. My trade-in was appraised anyway, which I had specifically asked not to be done. Ultimately, I felt dismissed and talked down to. Kirk handed me a pricing sheet that was over $5,000 higher than other dealerships, and there was no further attempt to communicate with me or show me the other available inventory. I thanked him, shook his hand, and left. The following morning, I visited a different Honda dealership and purchased the exact vehicle I wanted, with additional features, for over $7,000 less.

The bumper was duct taped on to prevent it from falling off, and our inspection was due this month. The trucking company has been ignoring all attempts to reach them. I was told to swing by the day before to talk to Justin, the service foreman, to determine if anything can be done as a stopgap until repairs can be made. Justin came up with a game plan, but he knew he'd be off the when I brought the car in, so he talked to Robert and some other guys who were on that day about the game plan. They agreed that bolting the bumper to the frame would keep it secure and follow inspection requirements. When I showed up to get the work done, Noah was looped into the plan, and the 3 of those guys literally saved my sanity and ability for my daughter and me to get to work while our insurance company now battles with the trucking company. Robert was the guy who made the repair that allowed them to proceed with the inspection. After 11 days of getting ignored and being given the run around by Western Express trucking, I seriously could have hugged all 3 of them and when they lent a hand. My husband and I have always had excellent service from your dealership, but these 3 men went above and beyond yesterday at a time of great need, and I can't thank them enough.

She pulled over and discovered the hood only secondary latched and not closed all the way. After calling to report this, their rep called u and said "they were never under the hood" so if you you want a picture of what dealing with them will look like, this is it. I'm done with them.
