They argued they are not at fault because they NOONE suffocated, so i guess the are waiting until something really bad happens to change their policies. Bounce house are meant for small children so their first priority is to make sure there are no children around, even if they are to check more than one time because their negligence can cost a kids life. When requested for refund they said we are not fault, you paid cash and hung up the phone. DONT HIRE THESE PEOPLE.

I don't agree with a few pics showing ragged chairs , the tables and chairs were new and solid looking from our experience. When I told her that I will call back after discussing with my husband, she just hung up me. I used proparty rental in Trumbull . Everything was electronic and didn't have to talk to any rude person. I also really appreciated that they gave us a discount on the items we shared with the couple getting married the following day at the same location.
