You don't need to add anything else because there is a bit of saltyness meets the sweetness of the banana and the coconut flakes gives it a decent amount of texture over the ice cream base. I got to sample the banana almond chocolate ice cream that one was good. The toasted coconut ice cream left me a lot to desire because I did not get to experience the actual coconut flavour besides the texture of flakes. That one felt like it was vanilla ice cream with toasted flakes. They do make sure customers are satisfied. The ambience reminds me of Ladurée in NYC minus the crowds. I loved the decor and the intentionality behind it. I loved the wallpaper in the bathroom. It was so cute and whimsical. I need to come back and try the crepes by coming in before 4pm. Otherwise, if you come past 4pm you can still try their pies, and ice cream with a glass of dessert wine( I saw they had during my visit a good port selection!). One last thing, I took home some their homemade cookies. That academia cookie, hit the spot and will definitely recommend you to try it!

After some perusal, I elected a chocolate mousse slice. It was a resplendent work, with strong chocolate but a mix of flavors including a surprise hit of caramel at the bottom. The ice cream is locally made but I certainly did not have room to try it. There seem to be several local businesses under this general ownership, which gives one a good reason to pull over while traveling through the region.

It is a little off the main road and it feels like a hidden gem. The girls working behind the counter were friendly and ready to answer our questions about the par baked frozen breads. My husband was very excited to get focaccia for baking at our beach condo. My kids each got a s'mores bomb. It was something of a cake pop, but tasted like it was maybe made with donut?! It was incredibly delicious. I did not try the coffee, but at the least the baked goods live up to the name, baked.

I ordered a few items, and they were all delicious and beautifully presented (Key Lime Raspberry Tart and Chocolate and Cherry Mousse Stuffed Croissant). Everything looked like a work of art. I'm already looking forward to my next trip back to try more of their bakery selection! :)

The main lot is to the left of the creamery, but there is additional parking behind and across the street. We came pretty close to closing and there were quite a lot of people on line, but even then we didn't have trouble finding a parking spot! This place is a well oiled machined! They have a great system going on where you place your order near the entrance, wait in line to pay, and then someone else will get you your ice cream. The line moved super fast, we were in and out within 5 mins. We only got a single scoop and dare I say it was huge!! Thankfully they were smart enough to give us a little tray because there was no way we could've finished it before it became a melted mess! Marsh Mud is super rich and decadent. It did not taste artificial and was not super sweet (a good thing!).

If you love coffee and chocolate, get the Java Jolt - the coffee ice cream was rich, the chocolate covered espresso beans were delicious, and the brownie chunks were fudgy . If you want something a little fruitier, the Cherry Vanilla is so good. Lots and lots of black cherries. The Pineapple Upside Down was a little bit of a bummer - it was super sweet. We were hoping for a strong pineapple flavor but it mostly tasted of sugar. Still nice but I wouldn't get it again.
