Cake was delicious and moist and icing was delicious. My guests all raved about the taste. I was asking for a theme cake and asked if I could see pictures of what they had done in the past but was told they don't do that, check the website or I would just need to trust them it would turn out ok. I was told to text pics of what I wanted and got no confirmation back. When I reached out to the owner to confirm she was kind of curt and I did not find any customer service here at all. The cake looked fine but nothing at all like the inspiration pics and I don't think there was much effort here to create it. Delicious but nothing a lot of customer service was the bottom line. Ordered a cake on Monday for pickup on Sunday. on Tuesday realized it was the wrong flavor so I asked to change order but was told it was already made. I asked if it was frozen and told no. I asked if they could change the frosting then and was told no. I've NEVER heard of a bakery baking a cake 8 days before pickup without possibly freezing it. WOW.....I'm not a chocolate cake fan per se, but this might be the top 3 I've had with a chocolate cake base. They sneak those little bits of chocolate in the cake....it was fantastic. Our daughter's wedding took place this past weekend, and we ordered cupcakes--double chocolate and lemon--both with buttercream icing. We also ordered two separate cupcakes for our grandsons--carrot cake and vanilla. All of the flavors were wonderful! My husband who does not like lemon LOVED the lemon! The buttercream icing is light and fluffy--not too sweet at all. Linda and Karen are GREAT to work with--even with indecisive and anxious mothers of brides! This is the BEST cake I've ever had, and it just happened to be my wedding cake! My wife and I ordered the chocolate cake with chocolate chips, with the middle layer being vanilla. Not only did it taste amazing, it was exactly the design we wanted. We sent them a photo to give them an idea of what we would like, and we bought a 3 tier cake to serve 105 people and save the top tier for our anniversary. It was reasonably priced and they worked well with our day of coordinator to deliver the cake and set it up on a table in the reception hall while we were busy getting ready for the wedding.
