They clearly over poured the batter, and it ran out while baking.and some of the icing was very rushed and unfinished looking. Extremely disappointing considering they charge four dollars a cupcake. While, this was not a big deal for a simple birthday party, I would hesitate to use them for a major event, such as a wedding, if this is the quality that they find acceptable for their customers. read more

I was asking for a theme cake and asked if I could see pictures of what they had done in the past but was told they don't do that, check the website or I would just need to trust them it would turn out ok. I was told to text pics of what I wanted and got no confirmation back. When I reached out to the owner to confirm she was kind of curt and I did not find any customer service here at all. The cake looked fine but nothing at all like the inspiration pics and I don't think there was much effort here to create it. Delicious but nothing a lot of customer service was the bottom line. Cookies, lemon bars (and a few other items)...but the shining star to me are the cupcakes.
